These have really helped my disautonomia (POTS) when I am in need of some fast electrolytes. They taste good and the included case make it easy for travel.

I just got it and so far I have used it on 3 rides am not a person who gets cramps so I dont know if its works or not for cramps energy I used other things so its hard to tell but the taste is good

Great tasting product and easy to use while running, without skipping a beat.

Great product and a real help during my marathons. Take 2 every 15 minutes before and then 2 every 45 minutes to an hour during the marathon. It definitely kept me from cramping during a very warm marathon.

Ive tried a lot of salt replacement tablets and these are my favorite brand so far. I like the orange better than the lemon lime but like the taste of both. It keep a small bottle in my running pack and use them on long runs to keep my electrolyte balance up and theyve worked well for me. I sweat a lot so these have been a lifesaver on the trail.
