They are chewables that provide potassium, magnesium and salt. Jogging in 95-100 degree heat and playing golf in high temperatures with high humidity make me lose energy fast. These replace electrolytes one loses quickly in the hot summers. They work. I can not do without them.

Product package was sealed correctly, however the tablets near the top are all mushed together and come out in pieces making it hard to gauge how much to take at a time. There was also cotton packaged into it for some reason and the fibers are mushed into all of the broken tablets. Kind of a waste of money for how expensive it is.

I suffer from cramps frequently & these are the only thing that seem to reduce or eliminate the issue. Chewing on the run, have a drink handy as they’re a little chalky. Only criticism is the ridiculous size box they were shipped in. No exaggeration you could have shipped 6 pairs of shoes in this box. Come on Amazon.....remember the environment

I have POTS syndrome and really need my salt throughout the day. I also need electrolytes and this has it all. Anytime I feel a POTS episode coming, I pop two in my mouth. Anytime I workout i pop a few. You can have up to like 50 a day without any bad side effects which is amazing. I absolutely love them and the taste.
