I suffer from cramps frequently & these are the only thing that seem to reduce or eliminate the issue. Chewing on the run, have a drink handy as they’re a little chalky. Only criticism is the ridiculous size box they were shipped in. No exaggeration you could have shipped 6 pairs of shoes in this box. Come on Amazon.....remember the environment

I have been using these during races. I then added them to my everyday supplements & have completely stopped the cramping in my legs at night! Very happy with this product!!

We are in Mississippi and this is a miserable summer! My husbands military unit had to go out for the weekend and was all wilting. He was handing these out to the soldiers and he says it helped them all survive the heat and humidity with less issue.

Tab flavor is good, size of tab is not too big, easy to chew.

I like taste. I used these for 48 hour eunning event and they helped a lot. I do not like that little box to carry them is still too big for my taste. I wanted something to carry couple of pills with me not 20-30
