Salt tabs are easy to take, the taste is decent, not overpowering. My only issue is that you cannot carry them in the pill container provided or in any container where they will rattle or bounce. Otherwise, the tablets will dissolve and you will end up with powdered pills instead. I plan on to continue to use these but will carry in little pill baggies instead.

I like taste. I used these for 48 hour eunning event and they helped a lot. I do not like that little box to carry them is still too big for my taste. I wanted something to carry couple of pills with me not 20-30

Ive been using these for about 3 years now because Im not a fan of sports drinks. They are the perfect alternative. The orange is my favorite, but the lime isnt bad either. They must have figured out the carrying tube, because up to 10 tablets fit perfectly in the tube.

The chews work pretty well, but the tube is worthless. It only holds about 6 chews, not 15.

I suffer from cramps frequently & these are the only thing that seem to reduce or eliminate the issue. Chewing on the run, have a drink handy as they’re a little chalky. Only criticism is the ridiculous size box they were shipped in. No exaggeration you could have shipped 6 pairs of shoes in this box. Come on Amazon.....remember the environment

Love these for hot, humid runs. I eat one every three miles with a little water, and they prevent my muscles from cramping. Taste kind of like Smarties.

These chewable help keep my energy up and replenish my electrolyte during my very sweaty tennis lessons. Haven’t had cramps at all since using the chews. They are great!!

I am 76 and a regular hiker in the mountains. I always take Gatorade but at times run out. The salt sticks work great and also at night. Recently spent two weeks in France and use the Salt Sticks regularly.
