Black flecks, smelled like stale water, just like many others have stated! This happened with the replacement bottle I was sent also. Worse still I called seachem and they said there aware of the issue, they dont know what it is....but its not harmful?? Some batches have it some dont! Ive been using seachem products for decades and never had an issue. After reading all the reviews where alot of people have had the same issue and the awful response from seachem, I will take my business elsewhere! Obviously they have a quality control issue and Im not going to risk my expensive fish!

works well, i think, it does a strange smell to it but it goes away once its in the water so no problems there.

Prime has saved multitudes of fish in my house-best water conditioner made, and inexpensive as well. If you buy the larger bottles-make sure you invert/shake it, or you end up with super-concentrate towards the end of the bottle.

Excellent! It works exactly as described. I bought a 1 mL dropper to dispense into my 10 aquarium. The water is obviously clearer. When people visit they ask how I keep the water so clear. Once I started using Seachem, fishtank maintenance became much easier.

Prime is an old reliable that Ive been recommended as a new fish keeper. I just have a 10gal with sturdy low maintenance stock (Betta, kuhlis, adfs) so I feel silly having this whole bottle, but Ill be using it for a while yet. Never any issues. I always use a bit more than recommended when adding new fish/critters, its a measure with your heart system.

Well known brand. Instructions are clear. Cap can be used to measure amount.
