> 3 daySo easy to use. Love that I can get under furniture. Like most models, the attachments get knocked off easily…minor issue.

> 3 dayIt really works for the heavy dog hair. I have several big dogs including Saint Bernards who shed all year around. They have double hair, the one we see and a sort of wool underneath. My house needs power suction everyday. No hair was stuck . Very easy and quick to empty the (large) cup. Now I just need to see how long it will last. So far so very good .

> 3 dayI do not like this vacuum as well as the Shark Apex. It is not as easy to use, the cord is shorter, and suction is not as good. Disappointed

> 3 dayOn the first time vacuuming my whole house the brush stopped spinning. Found a Shark help line and called to see if they could assist with the issue, so I could finish cleaning my house. They informed me the nozzle needed to be replaced, and it was not a part that was under warranty. They put me on a brief hold and when she came back on the line, she informed they would do a one-time replacement like they were doing me a favor. No apologies...this is a one time deal. First of all, if your floor nozzle cannot make it around my house once, then your product is crap. The floor nozzle should be under warranty, it is a major component of a stick vacuum. It also sounds as if it doesnt hold up, I am out of luck and will have to replace it myself. I plan on replacing the whole vacuum and will never purchase a Shark product again. I wish I would have went with the Bissell.

> 3 dayAbout a year ago I got my first ever kittens. Well, one of my kitties is longer haired and never did I expect she would shed like nobodys business. My house had to have been covered in cat hair I felt like I couldnt do anything about. This vacuum rocks! I probably sucked up about 2 lbs worth of cat hair no problem, I finally am rid of the tumbleweeds of cat fur floating around.

Greater than one weekI was looking for a light-weight vacuum to do the hallway upstairs to keep from lugging the heavy duty vacuum up-and-down the stairs. Even though it does the job and very well, I find it to be extremely top heavy and it blows hot air on me as I am using it. I havent read any other reviews about the air blowing, but after using it I can see that since the motor is pointed right at the upper body how else could it be. I think I would have been better off with the old fashioned, cheap vacuum. It has great suction and seems to work well, but I wouldnt recommend it for larger areas especially for summer vacuuming.
