I had a Eureka Flash vacuum. I needed a vacuum that actually sucks up dog hair and dirt. This one does just that. I have owned Dyson vacuums, The Shark is better and less expensive. It picks it up and sucks it in. Easy to use and easy dumping the contents. Im impressed. I like the corded version because I can do the whole house in one session. And the dog hair doesnt wind around the base roller. The Best. Buy it.

I say that its good for its size, but honestly it outperforms many full-size vacuums. The first thing I noticed was that this somehow feels cheap. It feels like they might have skimped on a durable feeling vacuum in the name of being lightweight. We have a full-size shark that is built like a tank and weighs about as much as one. This one is just super light, a little plasticky, but thats where the cheap feeling ends. Performance-wise this thing is a monster. We have 2 cats and this thing has completely blown us away at how well it picks up the hair and dirt from our basement carpet. And, of course, we love that it does double duty and works well on floors, also. The no hair aspect isnt quite accurate and it doesnt self-clean quite as well as Shark would have you believe. However, it does work far better than a traditional brush roll vacuum, so were not really complaining on that one. Overall, a fantastic vacuum. Sure, its not the cheapest vacuum you can get, but weve used Shark for a long time and have always been happy with them. You cant go wrong with this one.

This is great! Ive got an older model Shark vacuum that I love, but it was time to find something that would pick up the dog hair around my house and get to all of those awkward spots, like the stairs and under the furniture. This is perfect for that! Its not really meant to be your regular vacuum, more like a helping hand to do those quick touchups around the house. It is corded, which I actually appreciate because I was forever forgetting to charge my last stick vacuum, so it was never ready when I wanted to use it. This has a nice, long cord that lets me go around the room without issue. Its SUPER lightweight and simple to use, and works great on all of my hardwood and linoleum floors - our carpet too. I love the light at the front, which makes those fine dogs hairs completely obvious, and this sucks everything up without trouble. Actually, my only complaint is that the dust bin is so small - it does fill up easily. Thats really my only gripe though; this is lightweight and effective, and has such great functionality. I love it!

This Shark HZ602 Ultralight Pet Pro with PowerFins and Self-Cleaning Brushroll is just what I had been looking for. I did not want a battery run vacuum and this is corded. Its lightweight and powerful and does a great job! The Handheld Vacuum part was perfect for the carpeted stairs! It is very easy to separate the Handheld from the Floor Mode and cleaning out the clear dirt cup is simple, too. It will get a lot of use in my house. It was time to replace my noisy old floor sweeper, and Im really happy with this super lightweight Shark model!!

Up until this Shark HZ602 Ultralight Stick Vac, we have always owned a canister vac. Shark is my go to brand and we LOVE our high powered vacuum. It is several years old and hasnt lost any of its cleaning power. I was hoping for a similar experience with this vacuum. I do not have anything else to compare it to in the way of stick vacs. We never had the use for one as we always had carpeted flooring. We just recently had an entire floor of our home done in LVP flooring so I wanted a separate vacuum for that flooring. (so we can keep one vacuum on each level of our home) I really do like the look of the vac! Its sleek, stylish, and the Comet Red color is lovely. It isnt overly bulky, is easy to carry around, and doesnt take up much space. I am not thrilled with the fact that it doesnt stand up on its own. It has to be leaned up against a wall otherwise it topples over backwards. It would be nice if it came with some kind of docking station to help keep it upright when not in use. The cord is on the shorter side. This isnt a huge deal but I do have to relocate the plug to other outlets more often than I do with my other vacuum. The dust bin is VERY small. I may be spoiled by the large dust canister of our other Shark vacuum but for this reason, I would only use this for small jobs. There is no way I could clean the entire house, with aaallll of the pet hair, without having to dump the canister multiple times. I do love the hand held vacuum option. I have been using this a lot. Its lightweight and makes vacuuming our LVP stairs a cinch! The powerfins feature is quite interesting. I am ALWAYS cleaning and cutting hair out of our other vacuum with a bristle roller. Its a real PAIN! This eliminates that completely! The most important factor with ANY vacuum is the power and suction. This is where this product fell a little short for me. It is wonderful for using on a flat, even surface like LVP. It sucks up pet hair and other fuzzies with ease. However, I tried using it on an area rug and also our memory foam bath rugs. It just didnt do a great job. It seems to glide over the surface of the rugs, picking up any hair or fuzz that may be gently sitting on top, but it just doesnt get down deep enough to grab anything that has been walked on several times. This was a bit disappointing as our cats love sitting on those memory foam rugs for some reason. They get covered in pet hair easily and this vacuum just doesnt leave them squeaky clean like our other Shark. Overall, its still a good vacuum, but I would honestly stick to a canister vac as it seems to have more suction and better cleaning capabilities.

Best choice I could have made! Picks up so much dust and pet hair. Very light and easy to maneuver under low furniture. Love the non hair wrapping roller!

Got this as a gift for my daughter. She has pets and absolutely loves this vacuum! Easy to use, lightweight, and so easy to use on the stairs. So happy with this vacuum and does a wonderful job with the dog hair.

About a year ago I got my first ever kittens. Well, one of my kitties is longer haired and never did I expect she would shed like nobodys business. My house had to have been covered in cat hair I felt like I couldnt do anything about. This vacuum rocks! I probably sucked up about 2 lbs worth of cat hair no problem, I finally am rid of the tumbleweeds of cat fur floating around.

Bought this Shark HZ602 and returned it a week later because it shut off. Did not read reviews first so did not know when it overheated it shut off. Other than that it is top heave but thought the suction was great. Was about to order another and read reviews, not very good to say the least. Am going to check other Sharks and read reviews before I buy another. I think if I had known the overheating problem I would have kept the vacuum.
