> 3 dayThis vacuum is great. Love the light on the vacuum so helpful. I have a Dyson vacuum and there are a few things Dyson could learn from this vacuum. Love how the hair that is sucked up is collected and not tangled. The suction is great. For the price I would definitely buy it again.

Greater than one weekOn the first time vacuuming my whole house the brush stopped spinning. Found a Shark help line and called to see if they could assist with the issue, so I could finish cleaning my house. They informed me the nozzle needed to be replaced, and it was not a part that was under warranty. They put me on a brief hold and when she came back on the line, she informed they would do a one-time replacement like they were doing me a favor. No apologies...this is a one time deal. First of all, if your floor nozzle cannot make it around my house once, then your product is crap. The floor nozzle should be under warranty, it is a major component of a stick vacuum. It also sounds as if it doesnt hold up, I am out of luck and will have to replace it myself. I plan on replacing the whole vacuum and will never purchase a Shark product again. I wish I would have went with the Bissell.

> 3 dayWhat I like most about this vacuum is also what I like least about it. It’s compact, lightweight and maneuverable. But the small size also means small canister. I have 5 cats, and live in a high dust area. When I was a kid growing up in the suburbs, my mom used to dust once a week, and it was barely necessary. I’ve lived most of my adult life in the city, and weekly dusting is necessary - there is always a fine layer of dust on the furniture. Which means there is also dust settling into the carpets. I have a full size Bissell canister vacuum, but I hate lugging it around. Doing a thorough vacuum with it means moving furniture around. It takes me an hour to do my living room and dining room, about 800 sq. ft. Because I hate vacuuming, I don’t do it nearly as often as I should, so I have to stop about 4 times to empty the canister. First time out with the Shark, I only got about 10 sq feet and had to empty the canister twice. So before attempting my whole apartment, I did a deep clean with the Bissell. I spent an hour and a half moving furniture and thoroughly cleaning. Now I use the Shark 2-3 times a week, and because it’s easier to move into small spaces, I don’t have to move the furniture, so I can be done in about 15-20 minutes. I like that the blades don’t cause tangles of hair and long fur. I should note that the furniture attachment does not have the blade system that the main vacuum does. It has bristles, so I did have to stop after using it to untangle fur. Two of my cats have long fur. I was initially irritated by the fact that the vacuum does not stay upright when fully assembled until I discovered the little hook on the front that you can hang the hand held portion onto which stabilizes the machine so it isn’t top heavy. Despite my initial misgivings about the size, I’m giving it 5 stars because once I got my groove, it works wonderfully!

14-04-2025We have had a few stark vacuums over the years. Defiantly the smallest and strongest. Defiantly takes care of hair issue area easily. Only con, runs super hot. The unit gets hot enough that I feel down the road it will shut down due to over heating. Hasn’t yet.

> 3 dayAmazon shipped us a USED Shark HZ602 Ultralight Pet Pro Corded Stick Vacuum!! The box was in good shape but the vacuum container was full of dirt, the vacuum head was covered with pet hair, human hair and dirt of all types! The vacuum head was totally beat to death; badly scared, scratched and nicked! The vacuum was shoved back in the box with the packaging shoved in with it and the cord unrolled and stuffed in! All really hard to believe. What was Amazon thinking?! And who uses and abuses a vacuum cleaner that badly?... then tries to return it?!!

> 3 dayThis is the first lightweight stick vacuum that I have that has myself cleaning function, which is amazing since I hate to clean hair and dirt from the roller brush. This is also the first of the Shark Ninja brand that is not heavy and cumbersome to move around. The design is sleek, and it is so powerful. I would say this is the most powerful lightweight upright stick vacuum that I have! The only down side is that its corded. Although the cord is pretty long, it still gets in the way due to where my power plug is, which is a bit annoying. I also love that its bagless since I dont have to waste money buying bags. But yes, for car cleaning, too, since its corded, I had to use my power generator. Other than that, I love that it has such strong and powerful suction so I neednt go over the same spot twice, which saves me time when cleaning.
