> 3 dayAfter more than 7 months of use, all I can say is that it is amazing. Its true that it doesnt have a vibration damper and thats the only drawback I found with it, but its still great. Even in portrait photography

> 3 dayAfter reading the mostly positive reviews, I decided to purchase the Sigma 30mm F2.8 for my Sony NEX 7. The other lens I was considering at the time was the Zeiss 24mm 1.8 which was priced at $1099.00. David vs Goliath you would think, but the Sigma lens holds its own against the Zeiss. Sharpness and overall picture quality is excellent. The only thing I would want would be a faster lens and stabilization for low light shooting, but for the $199.00 price Im totally satisfied with the Sigma 30mm F2.8 lens.

> 3 dayFor every type of photo, this is my go to. Love it. The details are great even at low light. With a tripod, you are set and ready for anything.

> 3 dayThis is my most recent lens purchase and it has quickly become my go-to lens. It is a small, compact autofocus lens that I use for both portraits and landscape photography. The low aperture makes for a nice blurry background and a crisp, clean subject in the foreground. It is perfect for if youre shooting a person or group of people with a nice blurry background behind them. It is also super effective at shooting landscape. It delivers high-quality, crisp images and the autofocus is FANTASTIC. Plus, it costs much less (~$100) than other similar lenses. I cant recommend this lens enough.
