Easy to install...works great!

I ordered and didnt notice that the system is not backward compatible with orginial system

It would seem like it should be simple, but setting up their system was full of bugs and quirks that were very irritating. If you have an average 4 or 5 bedroom house you better walk around with that base station by your side while installing sensors because any distance over 100 feet is a problem for their signal. Also by yard sign cam without a stake! Plus other issues that I dont have time to mention here. 1st base station was DOA and had to be returned for another!

Easy to install and works as expected

I have just now set up my simplisafe as I had to wait until my old contract ended. It is easy to install, I believe it is definitely worth the money. Thanks for a great product. I always use two signs, one for the front door and one for the back door. My suggestion is to include two signs in your main package. I bought the bigger package thinking it would have it all.

I have a simpli safe home security and these are perfect and I saved a couple of bucks buying the 4 pack

We bought this extra sensor along with the base package for an extra door in our house. Very easy to install and works as expected. Love this security system!

One of the sensors is not closing according to the base station. Emailed Simplisafe but have not heard back.

I have Simplisafe in 2 homes. It is easy to set up and very reasonably priced. The few times I have talked with customer service they have been awesome!

Had to replace two old sensors in the house. These were recognized by the system and worked right the 1st time. Good to have a couple spares.
