Had one sensor go out, purchased this as a replacement. Simple to install. Works perfect.

Couldnt set up

Easy to install out of the box using the SimpliSafe second generation system keypad. Better and free delivery from Amazon Prime rather than buying direct.

Had no problems setting up and testing any of the components. Had problem with one of the cameras not connecting to the internet. Tested while speaking to one of SimpliSafes technicians and determined the camera was defective. They immediately put a new one in the mail to me. There customer service is very good. Received the new camera and everything works as advertised. Im very satisfied with the system and the price.

Bought extra SimpliSafe Entry contacts. SimpliSafe is a great alarm company.

I did not install these until weeks later and then realized that these are worthless unless you buy into the whole system. Return window had passed. Lost $60

I actually needed these extra sensors because I wanted to track my cat coming in and out of his cat door. They actually work really well for this, I have the simplisafe camera set up to trigger whenever the cat door opens or closes I get a video clip of my cat coming in or out. My cat was able to knock these off by playing with them so I did have to use tape to secure them better as the adhesive wasnt strong enough.

I purchased 3 boxes of four sensors to put on my windows. Positive - the sensors came early and work well. Negative - some came with dead batteries. Must’ve sat on a shelf for a few years before they were sent to me.
