You have to buy all the products or it just a waste

The SimpliSafe system is so easy to install. I love how you do not have a large upfront costs and can add products as you go. I had all 4 window sensors installed and connected to base in under 15 mins.

Been using SimpliSafe for over 7 years and have been very happy. The latest version allows for many more devices to be connected and the battery life is longer. I wish they would include the smaller form factor magnets, but you can always go to any local hardware store and get your own custom size (plus the smaller ones tend to break when you want to move them). System wise: Cant really beat the full blown monitoring and interactive monthly rate of $25 a month. Also, you have the option to use it in offline mode without any monitoring (local sound alerts) fees. If you were ever thinking about getting an alarm system - strongly consider this one (they also sell refurbished units for significantly less which work just fine).

Excellent overall alarm system. I have motion sensors, water sensors, entry sensors, smoke detectors, cameras,Glass break sensors and door locks. All of it was very easy to install and affordable. One of the best overall alarm systems that money can buy and be centrally monitored. I have had the system installed for about five years now and have had no issues with it. I did upgrade to the GEN two system. I even have an entry sensor in my mailbox which sends me an informational only’s alert when my mail is here.

We ordered our bundle directly from SimpliSafe. Everything was easy to install and hook up to our wifi - we are currently using the water/flood sensor, the motion detector, the glass break sensor, and the entry sensors. The tape on several of the sensors/detectors fell off after a few days so I recommend using the tiny screws included with the system. My main complaints are with their motion sensors and their customer service. We installed the motion sensors up high as per the instructions if you have a cat. Unfortunately we have had 3 false alarms in the last 5 months due to our cat setting them off. I called their customer service to tell them their product was not working as advertised and we would like to exchange the motion sensors for additional entry sensors. They told me an exchange was not possible since I was over the 60 day trial period. If I had to do it all over again I would have gone with Cove. My neighbors say their customer service is great.

Love the SimpliSafe products. easy to set up and feel safer knowing my home is secure.
