I am delightfully surprised with how easy it is to set them up through Homekit. I was a bit worried at the beginning because I do not want a third party app to set them up, and you really dont want to. Just plug them in, launch the native iPhone Home app and add the accessory to your Home and boom, done in less than 2 minutes. Very responsive too. Now the question is how long will they stand the test of time. Will update this review if they failed sooner than expected.

Im getting older so I dont care that Im getting a bit more lazier. Sitting and just telling Alexa to turn on or off our lights is so nice. Can use the downloaded app to control the lights also if youre not at home and want your house to look lived in. Havent tried any timer function yet. Easy to just plug in and set up. Love these.

Loved this product wanted something that I could connect my Christmas lights too for my Apple HomePod. And this does just that. Exactly what I was looking for.

Works well with Apple homekit

I use these HomeKit-compatible plugs for a variety of things around the house: Xmas lights, coffee maker, lamp ... and they have NEVER failed me. They run without fail with automations and also with manual control. Very easy to connect to Apple Home.

Ive had these for about a year now and used them with Apple Homekit. (I do not want to create an account with meross so I add and control all smart devices using only Homekit.) They have been a big pain in my bum for the entire time Ive owned them - every month or so Homekit showed no response for the outlet so I would have to remove it and then re-add it, which was super annoying. But at least they worked. Starting after the iOS 16 update, they stopped working at all. I can add them to Homekit and it says added successfully, but then within 15-60 seconds it changes back to no response. I have removed the outlets from the Home app and reset all of the outlets several times, but the same thing keeps happening. It says it adds the device, I can see it in Apple Home, and then within a minute it shows no response and absolutely will not work. I have 6 of these things and they are all just absolutely useless wastes of money now. Im really hoping that once the Matter smart devices get released I will have more luck using smart devices in Homekit. But these are unfortunately going in the trash. :-(

Same day delivery and easy to set up. Using with HomeKit to control the lights in my large home bar. Made a scene for Open Bar to turn the lights on and another scene to close the bar. No issues setting up or connecting. Make sure to use the refoss app. It will walk you through the setup and connect to HomeKit.

What a nightmare. Even 3 pages long online PDF user manual wont help. It only goes to the Home if you have an iPhone and another messy meross app. Connectivity was not there and wasted 1 hour just to connect and disconnect-reset-start all over- scan QR code-connect to the Outlet wifi-recognized the Outlet-Disconnected-Different App-Registering email-disconnect-reset-connected-not recognized-start over-reset holding the button 5 sec- connect to the device-register Outlet-Name Light-Disconnect again---on and on and on...RETURNED the item same afternoon after the Outlet delivered. Thanks Amazon for the easy return process. * iOS Home Kit- Connects then disconnect - start all over again so I tried with Google, ** Dont get fooled by Google Assistant etc....in the description.....100% Failure with this device. *** Avoid. Period.

I bought 1 set 4 months ago. One quit operating in 12 hours. One in a couple weeks and the third in a month or so. Total waste of money. Don’t buy.

Every time you want to turn them on, you will only see “no response” or “updating”. Don’t buy them.
