We love these scoops. They handle the toughest cleanup job so much better than plastic scoops that break easily. I wish the holes were slightly smaller so you can pick up the small debris, but overall this is the best scoop I have found and at a reasonable price. We have 3 of them to cover our 4 boxes.

I got this because the old plastic one snapped in half, and I was looking for something a little sturdier. This is definitely that, but it is a little awkward to maneuver in a regular sized litter box because its a lot bigger than I expected it to be. At least I dont have to worry about this one breaking!

Very happy with this sifter! It is very study, but not too heavy or unwieldy. The handle is very comfortable! One of our kitties litter boxes has an awkward angle for clearing, and the previous sifter we used (coated metal, long handled) was not a solid handle (by design; was curved metal, open at the back of the handle). The unclosed design was causing a painful sore near knuckle of my middle finger, though there wasnt corrosion etc. on the handle... This sifter has a complete handle by design, with a sort of cushion. Happy to say the blister has disappeared and my hand experiences pain-free sifting! :) The metal scoop is well vented, but not too much, so wee bits are collected at first attempt. Thus far, nothing has stuck to the metal scoop, and THAT amazes me. 30 years of cat moming, and this is the best sifter Ive used! Price is great. Looked at major pet store, and this type wasnt even offered... what they carried was more expensive + lesser quality, or the pretty useless plastic type. This one is The One! :)

Sturdy, heavy, and mine is crooked, not ergonomic just straight up crooked. It works and that’s what matters. I had a plastic scooper for six plus years. I tossed my plastic one today, hope this lasts six plus years. It definitely scoops up a whole lot more. I use Tidy Cat or Arm & Hammer, this scooped TC right up nicely. I have a big Maine Coon who can pee like an elephant, this got up a big clump in one scoop.

Study and well built scoop.Seems like it will last a long time. Its fairly large and some might find it a bit heavy but I like it.

Pretty much enough said. Its better than the plastic ones which flex when my cat has had troubles. If youve used a crappy plastic one, you know what its like when it flexes; when it flexes back, it flings litter everywhere. 10/10, would clean up after my animal with scoop again (and continue to do so daily for a long time).

This is the best litter box scooper Ive ever bought. It is made of solid metal. Its not to heavy to hold and it works great when scraping the bottom of the litter pan. I have three cats and three litter pans and this scooper makes my life a lot easier. I would definitely buy it again as well as recommend it to others.

If you use certain brands of clay cat litter they will sometimes stick to the sides- and I have broken or bent several scoops in the past in this manner. It was time to replace some trust metal scoopers- due to this bending over time and Im thrilled with this purchase. These mama-jamas are sturdy as all heck and tackle any clump my cat can make- shes a prolific urinator- so makes plenty of sticky messes to clean daily. The holes are a little large- so if you have any little bits that break off they can fall through- I just use the edge lip to carefully pick them and dispose. I will continue to purchase this scooper- if it ever has need to be replaced. I can see it lasting a really long time- as it feels really durable.

These are the Lexus of litter scoopers! Yes theyre large, but boy does it make the job easier & faster! Theyre very well made, & much less expensive than the low quality metal scoops Ive seen at my local pet stores. I have small hands, & it was not at all uncomfortable for me to hold & use this large scooper. It didnt feel heavy or bulky in my hand.

I have to give this at least 4 stars. It is VERY sturdy. It will plow through the deepest and thickest litter and not break. It instills confidence when you scoop. It is almost perfect, but it isnt. What makes it so good in going through thick deep litter is the size of the holes. This allows litter to flow through easily and thus makes scooping easier. But in that also comes the problem of it allows small clumps and bits that should be cleaned out to pass through and stay in the box. We have to go back from time to time with a smaller scoop to get those smaller bits, making this a good daily work-horse scoop, but with some assistance needed after.
