Great product I have use this one before and I misplace it so I bought a replacement. While I do recommend this one product it is a little over priced to me.

If you have a pre-wired for coax home, and the cables aren’t marked, this tool will find which ends terminate in each room. It also will test a cable in a loop, for continuity.

This devices saved me time and money! I Purchased a dish tailgater satellite for my RV and could not get it to work when connected to the RV. I had two choices. One, take it into the dealership and leave it with them for three weeks or two, purchased this device and test continuity on all the RG6 cables. I’m happy to say that after about an hour testing all the cables I was able to identify where the problem was. Now my satellite is working as intended.

This is a great tool for identifying most homes for antenna installation. 95% of homes are already wire for satellite or cable and this is the tool to save time and work. Just remember to get all of the colored resistors before you leave.

Used it once, worked fine. A few weeks later, wanted to use it again, batteries are dead. Bought new batteries, worked fine again, a few weeks after, batteries are dead again. At this pace the cost of batteries are higher than the tool itself.

I had 10 RG6 cables to identify/map the location ....this product worked perfectly and saved me a ton of time! I would recommend this tester.
