I really like this product.

A friend had these latches, and we liked them so we bought for our drive through gates. Work great. We had to mount differently because we have pipe fence but my husband is creative

This is a great gate latch. but not for horse stalls (just too big), and definitely not for Tube Gates. needs a flat surface on one side and at least 3 inches of spacing between fence post and fence. Maybe more. But good solid latch.

Works exactly like its suppose to. I have these on two horse gates and havent had a problem yet. They have been up for a few months
