Product is well built. But not flexible so the lose end causes my cable to pop out enough to stop charging. The other end is rather tight so hard to remove from charger, will probably break in after a bit as I will use this at work. Hassle free refund. May buy the longer one. Or even a usb 3.0. Lets see. ***The Company did not want item back, thats NICE of them or is it for purely cost reasons. So Thank You StarTech. *** Now I will try to modify it to try to get a tighter connection so it dont come loose.

Bien et pratique pour brancher 2 usb un peu large je mexplique : jai deux cartes son externes, qui sont toutes les deux un peu large. et les prises esb de mon pc sont trop rapprochées donc ..... ce cable est bien
