Uno de los usos que yo le daba era el de cargar el móvil desde un enchufe lejano. El problema (por lo que me ha dicho algún entendido) es que, al ser muy largo el cable, hay más pérdidas de energía en el cable y por eso el móvil tarda más en cargarse. Por lo demás, ningún problema

Perfect for our needs

I use two unpowered USB minihubs to increase the number of ports on my PC. These cables are short (6 inches total and as advertised), they seem to be well made and this was a quick and easy transaction. If you need short USB cables then these are a good option.

Wed kept on standing on the connector in our car, so this just gets it out of the way and works fine.
