> 3 dayI am reviewing this dispenser for my husband, who paid for it. May flights of angels sing him to his rest each night (or I will) for this act. He hath done a blessed thing. I cant tell you how much plastic wrap I have wasted in my lifetime. It would wrinkle as it came out of the box, it stuck to itself, it stuck to me, it stuck to everything except the desired object, and to add insult to injury it would never tear in a neat, straight line, but tore raggedly and stretched and the box bit me (or thats the impression I got) about half the time. Sometimes the box came apart. Sometimes I helped it along. End result? A wrinkled wad of plastic wrap, an uncovered food item, and a frazzled wife, or (best case scenario) a sort-of-covered item that would go bad soon and band-aids usually involved. But now? With this marvelous Wrap-n-Snap dispenser we see a bad master transformed into a wonderful slave. The plastic wrap comes out without wrinkling (proper tension), and cuts neatly across without cutting the wife. The desired food product is already covered, and the wife is happy. Praise God! Worth every penny he paid for it.

> 3 dayI grew tired of the cardboard box for the plastic wrap wearing out or wearing down halfway through the roll. We buy the two-packs at Costco, which is a great value. The cost of this container is really high, surprisingly enough, but my frustration with torn boxes and taping them up was also high. The box is sturdy and works great; the cutter is terrific. But, you need to include the little feet which makes it too big to then fit in the cabinet rack ... so we have to leave it on the counter. Its functional but certainly not attractive. And even if you can stow it away, the weight of the container and the roll of wrap makes it unwieldy to use in the same way you would the cardboard box. Bottom line, I like it for its function, dont think its worth the money being charged, and think the design could have been better.

> 3 dayI did not get paid or receive anything for this review. I personally purchased and paid for this item from amazon.com (verified purchase). Unfortunately these units are not available in any Canadian Retail outlet and I encourage every Canadian to purchase one of these excellent plastic wrap dispensers along with the Stretch Tite 750 rolls of plastic wrap. You simply place what your going to wrap on the counter in front of the dispenser , flip the unique latch to open the dispenser , pull out the required length required and push down gently on the top and it cuts it off cleanly with zero effort involved. The plastic wraps remains perfectly flat to cover the item and the Stretch Tite plastic wrap clings like glue to everything. Gently close the lid and secure it closed with the latch and the dispenser sits on the counter looking absolutely beautiful 24/7. I recommend this quality product to all and I hope you enjoyed my review and it was helpful.

> 3 dayThe Problem: we buy stretch-tite wrap in the 750 square foot rolls which should last a long time in a two person household that works hard to avoid left overs but this results in the roll far outlasting the box it came in. Consequently much wrap gets wasted because of damaged carton that was a poor design in the first place. The Solution: the Wrap N Snap 7500 Dispenser stores and dispenses the roll. It keeps the roll from wrapping back on itself after cutting, provides three points to grab the wrap and make a clean cut with a press of the lid. Easy to keep clean, has a latching lid and store in about the same space as the cardboard box. Can be wall mounted (I didnt) and the feet are difficult to install--there will be excess rubber you will want to cut out before even trying--youll know what I mean when you get it. The dispenser appears well made and durable but then again that crappy cardboard contraption did not set the bar very high. If it doesnt outlast the roll inside I will update the review and dock some stars. The Experience: over-wrap, under-wrap--it doesnt matter. Click the lid open, pull from the thumb-tabs and roll out what you need. Simple press of the lid cuts the wrap with it clinging to the edge of the dispenser until you pull it off. Easy to cover a plate or bowl. Equally easy to underwrap for a wellington or marinating loin. Minimal effort. Minimal waste. Maximum utility. P.S. I did not receive this product free or at a reduced price. I dont even know how you go about doing that.

> 3 dayI have always had trouble with plastic wrap, Im left handed and felt that might have something to do with the wrestling match I endured.Tried every brand, the heavy verses the thin, and heavy was better, but not good. Now that Im a senior citizen with arthritis in my hands plastic wrap was a nightmare. Im back to finding new uses for plastic wrap now that it is a dream to use with WrapN Snap dispenser. It does take up more space and does not fit in the spot I kept the box type in. I have left it on the counter and this has worked out better. Im using it more. I had gotten into the habit of using zip lock bags for items that a quick wrap would do. An example is taking medication on the go. Plastic wrapped pills in the pocket is better than a qt. bag in the pocket. When packing for a trip I used plastic wrap instead of bags for many items like an extra pair of shoes that may soil clean clothing do well wrapped, takes up less room than air filled bags.

> 3 dayThough some people maybe have never ripped their finger to shreds on a serrated cutting blade included on the box of plastic wrap, or gone through the inconvenience of having the end roll back up into the box and then go through the pain of fixing that, it seemed to be something that happened to me all of the time and always when you were in a hurry. With this dispenser those days are long gone. I love this gadget! It works perfectly every single time and takes the frustration out of wrapping items to store for later or cover dishes. Its such a simple design and after installing the included legs I had no problems with the unit slipping at all. It also has mounting holes to mount the unit on a wall or other area if you like. This thing is well worth the money if you use plastic wrap. I did end up having to buy the Stretch-tite Wrap though, as the other brands I had on hand did not fit in the unit, but I found the Stretch-tite wrap to be of equal or higher quality than what I had on hand for a decent price here on Amazon.com
