The eyeliner is terrific! I purchased a few of them and they arrived within a month, however, I have yet to receive my newest order. I placed it more than 2 months ago! Be very cautious who you buy from when purchasing Sugar products! They are shipped from India, so it takes a while. This is the SECOND TIME THAT I’VE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM Sugar!!!

Love this pencil. Draws nicely on waterline. Long lasting but does not last all day on my waterline. Does not run. Easy & smooth to apply. Nice pigment & dark.
