Looking for the perfect liner for your waterline? This is it! I use liquid for my eyelid but I prefer pencil for my water line. It glides on sooooo smoothly and it lasts all day. It even survives through crying spurts. This isn’t the type of pencil you need to sharpen either so that’s a plus in my book!

I received my first eyeliner of this brand in an IPSY box and I loved it so much Ive now bought two more. I had never tried a gel eyeliner before so I didnt know there was a difference. But there really is. This glides on so easily and it stays on all day. Im 52 years old and so my eyelids are a little wrinkled and some eyeliners are hard to put on because of the wrinkles in the skin but this is so easy to put on. I love this and will keep buying it from now on. Best eyeliner Ive ever used.
