Looking for the perfect liner for your waterline? This is it! I use liquid for my eyelid but I prefer pencil for my water line. It glides on sooooo smoothly and it lasts all day. It even survives through crying spurts. This isn’t the type of pencil you need to sharpen either so that’s a plus in my book!

I usually use Sugar stroke of genius heavy duty kohl back to black but its hard to find now for some reason. I tried this as an alternative, its just ok. Doesnt last like the one I like to use.

This is the perfect liner. It’s smooth and precise. I received this product a few years ago from Ipsy. I liked it so much I bought it and have continued ever since. Any time I try a new liner, I keep coming back to this one. Definitely worth trying!
