It’s not good eyeliner dry & didn’t work on my eyes

I got a sample and had to order these. The pencil is so nice and easy to apply. I’m very happy!

This is absolutely the best eyeliner I have ever used. It goes on so smoothly with no smudging! I buy two back ups just so I know I will never run out!! And … it is not expensive at all.

It is getting smudged within 5 hrs

It travels under my eyes. Its awful. Im cleaning up wreckage under my eyes and tossing this. Terrible.

I did not get this on Amazon; it came from Ipsy. A few hours of wear and it was allll over the area under my eyes! I looked like Alice Cooper and no one at work told me! Going right in the trash.
