> 3 dayGrat little light purchased to compare to my streamlight i carry at work every day and trust my life with (poly tac) this light is bright and easy to hold however its not worth double the price of the poly tac, it is not double the brightness nor double the durability. I will not be buying another surefire product and will be sticking with streamlight but to each his own if you tryst your life with surefire thats your bias and i there is no shame in that. Great light and must be given 5 stars.

> 3 dayThe high power will definitely light the way. Low power is great as well for close activity. Excellent product and worth the money!

> 3 dayI have another older surefire but I misplaced it somewhere in my world so I went and bought this one. Works like a Surefire should - wet, dry, muddy, or really cold. Absolutely love the feature that lets you twist the body part that puts the battery contact further away from the power button so it doesnt accidentally get turned on. Glad that it is NOT black. It can be seen in the dark in my bag or wherever. Works well with rechargeable batteries You wont regret purchasing this.

Greater than one weekI really like surefire. I use this light daily for work with theSurefire (V70) Rugged Polymer Speed Holster, Black. It leads with the bright light which I wanted. The only downside to this light if you are in a dark area and only want to light up areas quickly on /off type use it will be bright than the next time low....that is what it is supposed todo but I have found that not good in a few circumstances. If that could be a problem for a buyer pick a light with one output.

> 3 dayI have had several flashlights from Surefire. Although expensive, both in purchase price and maintenance (light housing) they all have been dependable and handy.

> 3 dayNice light so far. I like it. Took over as my EDC light from my previous E2DL Defender, the 200 lumen model. I carry this in a Raven belt holster with a Thrym Switchback. I already have a 6PX Tactical model but needed dual light outputs for everyday tasks, and I dont like how most of the Surefire light offerings have low->high as the clicky switch order. This high->low works better for me as an EDC compromise. This G2X LE has a noticeably whiter light compared to the 6PX and is also noticeably lighter due to the G2X body not being metal like the 6PX. Still, it feels like itd take a beating despite the lighter material. Also, the heads are exactly the same so works well in my kydex holsters I already had for the 6PX.

> 3 dayI use this flashlight on my bicycle as a riding light. I can see the glow of the light on the various street traffic signs as I ride home at night in the city. The signs up to 1.5 blocks show the glow of the light which is impressive to me. I also take it out to my farm sometimes and use it to look for varmints that might be lurking around trying to steal a chicken or a pig. The light shows off the glow of the deer eyes and they are usually about 400 feet away. It can be kind of eerie looking at those glowing eyes.
