Works perfectly

This product was pretty easy to setup and install. I havent had issues with it disconnecting either. I had heard good things about switchbot and decided to give them a try but wow I really did not like the app. I have many other smart switches that use the Smart life app or the Tuya app that I was wanting to replace because these from switchbot have energy monitoring. Well Having to download another app + having to sign up for an account was pretty annoying. I signed up for an account without being given a choice and then starting running into problems with the app. Needless to say all the annoyances quickly outweighed the benefits for me. The SmartLife plugs are often smaller or the same size with dual plugs. These from switchbot are just too big, and with a mediocre user experience, even for the price. 33 stars, I wish I could like these but Ill be staying with my cheaper, smaller, and easier to use smart plugs.

I use this mini switch to control my 3D printer which can use a decent amount of energy. I have a camera on the printer to monitor the progress. Prints can take many hours if not days. Once completed I can remotely shut download the printer. I can also start the printer up to warm it up for a new print. Great reliable product. Love Switchbot!

Would have been nice to use CB if V it V worked.

I use it mainly to monitor a PC in my house. It works instantly and has a built in power meter in the app, I will say the power meter is very lacking tho, could definitely use improvement as it only provides real time. They could add things like: Max power draw, average power draw 10% highs and lows etc, but all things considered it’s a nice little wifi outlet.

I got this SwitchBot Smart Plug Mini 15A, Energy Monitor to try. These smart plugs are perfect to be used with my AC. Before this plug, I fried a couple of smart plugs during the current peak. Ive used SwitchBot for over 2 months now and so far so good. Here is my review. The good: - Very wallet-friendly for a high current smart plug with energy monitoring. - Slim size that does not block the other power plug during use. - Google Assistant + Alexa integration supported and worked well. Other thoughts: These plugs use their own Switchbot app, which means I have an extra app to install. For the great value, this product is recommended. Great smart switch

Even though this product has a great rating on all other points one thing that is very clearly most important is the amount of scheduled settings the on/off may have is only 5 and its very greatly important to have about 100 scheduled on/off instead... this product fails in that regard and is very important to be changed by the programers that made its schedule limit so low as being only 5. Major bumber.

These are a great way to find out what your bigger power wasters are in your house and/or have a controllable power switch. I only gave it 3 stars for ease of use because I had to contact customer support to find out how to delete the power usage history when I want to move the switch to a different plug/device. Plot twist: you cant. However, if you hold the button for about 20 seconds it will completely reset the SwitchBot. Then you just delete and re-add it in the app.
