I’ve ordered two of these a month apart. The first one they replaced the transformer for me as it stopped working properly. The second set has been trouble free until the windows were washed. We have them on the inside frame (not window) and they adhered fine, worked well and then we washed the windows. They are water proof and have a clear rubber coating but it appears you can’t really clean the lights as ours had a connection break (inside rubber coating) while wiping down. Huh! You can see the break and now 1/2 of the strip does not work. I’ve thought about contacting the, again but the Amazon app can’t seem to pull seller information up correctly so review it is.

Great brightness and seal above LEDs for waterproofing. I am very happy with the outcomes. Installed them in bathtub niche. A bit of soldering and voila! There is latency from when you flip the switch to when they turn on. Maybe my power supply... No big deal. Very happy with them.

Brighter than I thought. I have not found a use for this super green laser looking light but I still plug them in every day just to see the green lights. I find the green light soothing for some reason, idk why. If I would have been given the option I would have wanted a power supply provided with the light but I always have one laying around. I also think I would like to have one of each of the other possible colors available to see how each one effect my mood, weird I know but interesting.

I added accent lighting in my motor home, above the wood trim on my main slide. The strip was very simple to install and the adhesive seems to be adequate as it is staying in place very well, so far. I tied into an existing 12v source/switch and am very pleased with the warm but not stark light it emits. See photos of before and after. Since the power source/switch was in the middle of the wall, I cut the strip in half, cut off the molded connector, stripped the ends off the wires, connected the red to red and black to black to the wires coming from the strip on the opposite end, then ran a jumper down to the switch and joined up to a ground wire. Very satisfied with product quality, brightness level, and adhesion.

***Update*** Still have issues with adhesive but I used a staple gun and made my own improvements. The lights themselves work great and look awesome. I received my package last week and I ordered the power source separately so I had to wait for that before I set the lights up. I set up my lights early evening yesterday and this morning I came downstairs and they were already drooping. I would’ve given it a higher rating if they adhesive worked better, as they looked great when I first set them up.

Looks like it couldve been nice, I ended up pulling the terminal wires from the LED strip while installing. I do not think this was a manufacturer defect just my own negligence. Purchased to replace the eye killing OEM blue LED under my RV awning, and they fit almost perfectly, came up about 4 short, not a big deal I just centered them in the track. I tested after unpacking and all diodes lit up nice and bright, the adhesive is just was youd expect for not being 3M. I did have the awning track to install this strip in, so the adhesive in combination with the track, the lights held firmly in place. Well... At least in the driveway before I had to remove them. So in the trash with these ones and placing an order for another set. Couldve easily been a 5 star, but with the limited amount of time I had with them, I couldnt rate them fairly as a 5.

Not happy went with a bigger stronger setup

The lights are nicely built and quick to install, but honestly, I was a little disappointed in the brightness level of these lights as compared with some others that Ive seen. Still a great value for the price if you dont mind them not being daytime bright.

I use these lights (in blue) for night effects on a model railroad. Theyre generally doing well, but the lighting makes whites and some light colors pop out, creating a slight unnatural black lighting or dayglow effect. Adhesion usually is a problem with this type of LED strip light, but this can be solved by using a PVA glue: the adhesive backing on the strips will hold long enough for the PVA to dry.

I was skeptical at first how well the adhesive would stick but it actually done really well. I ended up buying 2 of the 16’ strips to go down each side of my 17’ Dominator Fishing boat and ended up having extra to go under my storage area and my dash. It has a cut line on it so you can cut off the excess off one end and you can just cut the adaptor plug off and strip back the wires and reuse. I ended up also purchasing the lighted rocker switch on here as well and it was a perfect combination! Really digging these lights on the boat. Looks like it was made to go where I installed. The width was around a 1/4” so it tucked perfectly under the lip on both sides of the boat. So far I’m digging it. I actually ordered my buddy some. After he saw it, he had to have it too! If I have some issues on it coming off I will update my review. For now all seems fine! Hope this helps someone.
