A little pricey.

I purchased this to help with acne from going off of hormonal birth control and honestly wasnt sure how much it would help. I was developing deep, irritated cystic acne and was willing to try whatever might help, and to my surprise this stuff worked wonders. Highly recommend for treating acne, but definitely take the recommended 2/day. I was only taking 1/day to try and stretch the quantity further but I only saw real results after taking the full recommend dose.

Started a supplement as the science demonstrated a correlation between optimal Zinc levels along with Vit-D and C and Omega 3, to protection from the more harmful elements of Covid-19 disease. I am an RN so, the more of an advantage I have,m the better for me and my family. So far so good.

This was too high of a dose for me. And for $30 I cant return it!! Such a bummer. Very vivid dreams, drowsy, slight headache. Very high potency, but I CANT RETURN!!!!!!
