Jk you dont stink. Its hard to write a good review about zinc, tbh. Thorne makes stuff that will almost never make you sick. I have bought maybe 10 bottles of their stuff and so far so good, but its gonna cost you a few bucks. Someone is gonna get mad about this review already, I can tell. Look, if you feel any type of way after taking this other than 1) same or 2) pretty good, try taking it with food. Zinc can do a number on you.

Consistent capsuules

I have a lot of difficulty swallowing pills- they have to either be very small capsules or Ill chew them. These are nice and small and they go down easily. I think theyre doing the job.

This company is one you can count on for quality. My doctor and my chiropractor both recommended this brand. I believe we should be taking zinc supplements for immune strength, and this formula is well absorbed according to everything I’m told.
