Great supplements, great value

Ive had a really hard time finding zinc picolinate (or orotate) capsules vs. tablets, as I dont want to be ingesting a bunch of starches or fillers with my supplements beyond the gelatin capsule they come in. Ive purchased several of Thorne products now without realizing they were all from the same brand, because it was my highest priority to find high-quality supplements without any added ingredients. Now I feel confident in trusting Thornes quality and have started looking for their products when I search for supplements and vitamins.

Most zinc supplements make me nauseated, but this one doesnt. Ive never had a problem with it and Ive taken up to two capsules (60 mg) at a time with no stomach upset. Ive been taking this every day because I show some signs of zinc deficiency when I dont (Beaus lines). It improves my skin and nails. Another thing Ive noticed is that I rarely get sick with a cold, and when I do, the cold is mild and doesnt move into my throat or chest anymore--just a few sniffles. Highly recommend.

I now have super immunity from the Rona. Who needs a mask when you have Zinc Picolinate!?

In general I dont do reviews for supplements because the only way you can tell if a supplement is of good quality is to test it in a lab. That being said, I have found that my doctors tend to carry the Thorne brand and/or recommend it.

My chiropractor recommended this along with P-5-P and calcium for my back. Easy to take.

I take one capsule every morning with my breakfast and after more than 3 months of using, my skin has been clear!!! This feels like a miracle to me since I have trouble with adult acne for soooo long. Safe to say this product saved my life! I will definitely re order once I am done with this bottle!
