Easy to set up and integrate with Alexa. I started out with a four-pack. Now I have 12. Love them. Tried other brands but returned them because they wouldnt connect. These are the best.

NOTE: I received these at no cost to review. I have purchased several Treatlife products (smart switches) in the past and used the SmartLife app to configure. These devices came with instructions to configure using the Treatlife app, and to enable a skill and link to my Amazon account. I had not done this before so I reached out to customer support for clarification and they were helpful and timely. Once configured, I was able to easily recognize and use Alexa for voice control. I tested the timer function and it works great. I tried using the smart plug with a Levoit Air Filter. It would power on then power off immediately (reason for 4 stars). Not sure why. I tested all four plugs with a large fan, small fan, and two desk lamps. These all worked OK. A good deal when buying 4 for under $22.

I only used these with the app, not the voice assistant option. Everything works well enough, and my only complaint with these is that they sometimes will randomly turn off. It happens with heavy draw and light draw equipment, and in different physical locations. It seemed to happen regardless if I swapped out the plugs. I have never used this kind of Internet of Things device before, so I dont know if that is just a feature of this type of tech. There is a setting in the app to tell the plug to resume the last state, and it will do that - its just a little disconcerting to be sitting there and the light goes out, comes back, goes out again and then comes back and stays on. We dont have any power or wi-fi issues that I am otherwise aware of, so not sure whats going on. I also did try resetting the power plugs per the instructions. The concept seems like a good one, and the equipment seems otherwise well made, so I am assuming I got a bad batch or I am doing it wrong, which is why I am only dinging it one star.

I ordered these to control Christmas decorations. They work, but are a nightmare to set up. The first one set up easy. The second one I had to reset three times. The last two were a nightmare. After several attempts I finally contacted Amazon for assistance as I figured they were defective. The person on chat had me do all of the same things I had already done several times to no avail, then handed it over to another representative who had me do the same things over again. When that was unsuccessful, she wanted to send me to another department but I was out of time and patience. I tried again later 5 more times and they finally connected. Not sure if I will purchase anymore or try a different brand next time. I will assess how well they work for a couple of months first.

Customer support is practically non-existent... just a series of questions that go in circles. These are unreliable. The smart plugs will randomly disconnect from the network and you must unplug and replug them in to have them work again. This really defeats the purpose of automated plugs... you place behind furniture in hard-to-reach places and you are repeatedly having to get to them to reset them. It is not an in-house network problem or location of the plug to the network... one is practically next to the wireless router. Its a poor design. No recovery attempts to self-reconnect. What is even funnier is the iPhone app tells you to bring your phone closer to the plug (BUT ITS WIFI NOT BLUE TOOTH).. I have no idea what they are trying to accomplish by wanting the phone closer -- it doesnt work that way... pure genius. Bottom line due to the random drops causing these devices to be unreliable I give these a HARD PASS. (Guess who will be surprised if customer service or support even responds here)...

I have used their Smart Switches before and was looking forward to getting the Smart Plugs. Was able to set them up within minutes of receiving them. They were very easy to setup. Was using mechanical timers earlier and had to run around the house and reset them each time the power went out. Update after one week of use: Was trying to use the Schedule feature as a timer. Was easy to setup but the entries keep getting turned off randomly everyday. Cant use them at all in a reliable manner. Tried to get help but got no meaningful help. I am going to be returning these and have ordered a set from another manufacturer. Update after several months of use: You can get around the Schedule issue by using Cycle Timer. They perform the same function and do not get randomly reset as the Schedule function.

these plugs look clean and very esthetic, it took me 30 seconds to connect them to my home automation app and Alexa (i have done this before with Treatlife wall switches). my automation app doesnt care what brand the plugs or switches are but I do like Treatlife...they havent disappointed me yet and Ive been using this brand for a while now. cant beat their price! I love the fact they are 15 amps so I can plug just about anything to them, in this case I have my candle wormers plugged in so I can have nice aroma around the house and let me tell you, I dont even have to get my phone to turn them ON or even ask Alexa to do it for me...I simply set up timer on these plugs so they turn ON by them selfs every day and turn OFF at the end of the day! How cool is that!!! I think Ill be getting more of these plugs to plug everything in the house :)

I bought these plugs to run high wattage items. These plugs work extremely well, but I do not recommend them because it is very confusing to set up. The instructions are printed to that you need a magnifying glass to read them. Using our phone to set it to the internet took several attempts. Once you get it set up with Alexa, it works quite well. This is a good product, but setup is a nightmare. Of all our electrical devices we have, this was the most difficult to set up. This would be a lot easier if you could use the computer to set it up.

Plugs work as expected. Much easier to program than Wemo plugs.
