Vera Bradley Womens Cotton Weekender Travel Bag

Bought this to use as a souvenir bag for a future trip as well as a possible quick trip bag. It folds completely flat to fit into a suitcase; what I need for this particular trip. It also has both inside & outside pockets, which adds to the flexibility of the bag. Good size as well. The exterior & interior pattern appealed to me as well & did not disappoint in person.

I got this bag to use as my hospital bag when my son was born and it worked beautifully. I packed 3 days and nights worth of clothes and toiletries/personal care items for myself, plus a change of clothes for my husband and a couple of outfits for the baby with room to spare. The print on the bag is so pretty and happy - eye catching without being gaudy. The bag also seems to be thoughtfully designed with multiple pockets lining the interior and a large zipper pocket on the outside that is perfect for stashing away anything that you may need to get to in a hurry (wallet, passport, keys, etc). I also love the shoulder pad on the carry strap - at 9+ months pregnant I was able to adjust the strap to a comfortable length and then carry it easily, even with several days worth of clothing in it. I will definitely use it for traveling in the future but because its so cute and functional I am also using it as a gym bag. It easily fits inside of the lockers at both my gym and my spa. I would recommend this bag to anyone looking for a pretty, stylish bag to pack up for quick trips or to be used as a carryon or gym bag.

This is a great product. Lots of interior pockets for tech stuff and lightweight and sturdy. One can pack toiletries, jewelry and a few clothes and tech...iPad, MacBook, iPhone easily. My go-to travel/work bag. The red color makes it easy to see.

I bought this because I was always borrowing my friends but was traveling alone, so I needed one of my own. Perfect bag to use as a personal bag in addition to a carry-on when flying. Lots of pockets and roomie. I love that it has the luggage sleeve (not sure what it’s actually called) but it lets me attach to carry-on handle for walking through airport. I adore the polka-dot pattern!!

I love this bag!! I own over 20 VB bags, two duffles and one zip tote but this weekender is the nicest overall. Reasons I love it: It is large like a duffle but more travel friendly with many pockets inside and out, has a shoulder strap, a strap that hooks onto your luggage handle, is wide enough to pack a lot in but still fit under the airplane seat, very well-made, the whole thing zips as well. I cant wait to use it as a carry on bag to Europe but plan to use it for weekend getaways as well!

I have always loved Vera Bradley designs. This will suit my needs perfectly on my upcoming trip. Since I’ll be flying, this carry-on is compatible... need to carry a few extra items, and this bag will help out greatly. Thanks, too, for the fast delivery.

Love this Rosewood travel bag. It is deep and the opening is wide which will be very helpful when packing I would say I could pack 2 pr shoes, 4 tops, 2 dresses, cosmetic case, bathing suit, cover up and MORE. This is going on vacation with me this June. So happy I bought it, on sale too. Also the material is cotton so it is lightweight but sturdy. Very happy with my purchase. The colors on this bag are rich and a grown up print if you know what I mean. Beautiful and classy.

Love it, the colors and flowers, reminds me years ago when I bought my first VB bag, love the cottage flowers. Wish they they had more like that. I like them, because they can be washed and used over and over.

Love, love, love this bag! I bought it to fit under the seat of a small commuter plane for weekend trips. I have plenty of room for everything and I can even throw in a flat iron and curling iron! The inside pockets keep smaller items in place, leaving room in the center for shoes and clothes. Im a short person and it was comfortable to carry. I like that it has the option to slip it over the handle of other luggage.The fabric is so bright and cheerful that Im back to buy some other pieces in this fabric.

I have a LOT of Vera. This bag is beautiful, roomy and comfortable over the shoulder. But I really wish that Vera would stop using mesh for the internal pockets. She used to use fabric and it was so much better. Please Vera, bring the fabric pockets back! I’m afraid the mesh is going to rip- it doesn’t feel like it will hold up.
