I bought a while back, didnt rate this short version: garage fire burnt several modifked upated d lights... I found parts from 3, trying to buildo a survisor lI got the Blue 4- cwell had lithiummy-ion D cells 1.5V x r, when fire depth hit with water... never found tell tailcap, cracked the barrel coming out! But despite being hot and hit with water the glass didMt break the reflector and seal melted, cant get glass outmoded the head of the surbIvor plastic all ,elted, never found anthis of 1... Perfect fit other than the fact that theyre much thicker. This doesnt allow the top bezel to be screwed down all the way. This will almost certainly compromise the water integrity or the light. Should be much more scratch resistant than the plastic OEM lens as theyre glass.

Makes a light look more clear. Extremely durable have dropped the light a couple times and the class is still intact. 1000 times better than the plastic lenses that comes with your maglite. Definitely worth the upgrade. Comes with 2 lenses and 2 O rings definitely worth some money.

The lens itself is fine. It was packed between two pieces of sticky plastic that kept dust and scratches away until installed. The included O-ring seems to be a little bit thicker than original, and leaves a very tiny gap when everything is screwed back together. The gap is small enough (I can barely slide a finger nail in it) that I will take my chances with it, versus reinstalling the ~15 year old original O-ring.

This glass is so clear it almost looks like nothing is even there. Great upgrade over the stock plastic one as mine was extremely scratched up. I bought this and an led upgrade and couldn’t be happier with it

I added this glass lens when I did the LED upgrade to my old 3 D cell maglite. Both work great. Much clearer and brighter.

5 stars for nice clear and fit, bought several to fix up old maglites. Im afraid they will break really easy though, but I may get a couple of extra Just in case. If your upgrading to led this lens is the icing of the cake.
