Works like a charm! Ive tried several RF switches and always had problems with them. This Wi-Fi enabled outlet works perfectly every time. The app runs on your smart phone. I only wish they had one for my laptop. Would recommend and would buy again.

So this item I would not recommend because it hasn’t worked I have tried different ways of using it and it’s not working it’s not even connecting to the app so I can turn it on it to work I don’t know what the problem is I will be returning this item I do not recommend purchasing because it’s not connecting to either the Wi-Fi or the app so this is a complete

Price was cheap but got what I paid for. Directions leave a lot to be desired. Had to add yet another app. I can only get to work when on same router, not remotely. Never could get it to work with Alexa. I think it needs a separate app or something. Quit trying.

Easy to use and works, but if I didn’t know anything about the product, the instructions would be useless to help me. Use better English or get a new translator.

Ive had it for a few months and its holding up well so far.

These work really well. The set up instructions are simple to follow but the technology will not work first try. You will need a lot of patience to get it to work. If it seems to be more trouble to set up than it’s worth, hang in there. You’ll have to repeat the same steps over and over and over. Then wait. Their technology takes a while to catch up with your prompts. It will finally work. Once it’s set up, it works extremely well. The app is easy to use once set up.

I love my WIONs!! Connecting to the app on my smartphone, I can control down to the minute when my Christmas interior Christmas lights turn on and off, and can control each day individually. Super-convenient when you want to turn the lights off when you go to bed and get up.

Easy to add more WiOn switches and pairing these is easy. Now adding more Christmas electrical accessories to control from the wi/fi is fun to turn all switches from away via the iPhone is great.

I bought this outlet to plug in a utility tractor snowblower block heater at a vacation home so I could turn it on before I arrived and heat the tractor up so I wouldnt have to wait for it for two hours to heat up before starting. Initially the item worked fine for about a month, but now each time I go to turn it on it is not being found on the app and the error to check the Wi-Fi signal shows. The signal is strong and reaches well beyond the device so it is not out of range. When I physically check the device, it is flashing and I manually need to turn it on and then it will sync back up and show up for about a day and then it reverts back to not showing up despite nothing changing. Not sure if it is the cold or if that is irrelevant as it seems many other reviews have the problem. I would not purchase this item again.
