> 24 hourI run a small business from home where I’m required to send out packages, this little thermal printer does exactly what I need it to. I’ve seen better on the market but for the price this one is fine. There is a small learning curve and the app has improved a lot. There is still much room for improvement on the software side but with a few updates hopefully it gets better. Still 5/5 stars.

> 24 hourI constantly ship packages and before having this find myself going online to print out a prepaid shipping label at 8.5” X 11” and then cutting it to size and taping it to my box. Sometimes I would stand in line at the post office waiting to purchase a label to install. This device I can print a 4x6 label with adhesive on it and slap it on my package and drop it at any post office or mailbox on the way. Connects via Bluetooth and uses thermal paper to print. Yes! No more buying paper and ink just paper. Comes with stand and 4x 6 sheets of sample adhesive paper. This printer takes up to 6x6 labels. For smaller 2x3 labels I print them on 4x6 and the cut to size instead of buying two different size rolls since I don’t print the smaller size often. Great printer and time saver.

> 24 hourThis is my 2nd Thermal Label printer. But... it is by far my favorite. This is a 100% standalone unit. Its sad that I have to point that out. But my other Thermal Label printer only works with the MFG app, and you have to sign up for an account on their cloud server in order to use their printer. As far as I can tell, this unit does not require anything thats not included in the box... with the exception of additional labels. I didnt even have to go to the MFG web site to download the drivers. There is a little USB drive in the box with all the drivers I needed for Windows. Installation was easy. There were parts of the instructions that werent completely clear. Its not obvious that you need the drivers from the USB drive. In the package contents, its referred to as a U-Drive. The instructions then later say to copy the drivers from the U-disk. But thats being a bit picky. That was the only part of the installation that caused me any issue -- knowing where to find the drivers. Integration with Windows is almost 100% perfect. The first labels I wanted to print on are 2.25x1.25. When I installed these and printed a Test page, the word Test straddle the gap between two consecutive labels. I assumed that meant that the print driver didnt understand the label size, or had advanced the roll of labels beyond the perforation. After a few failed attempts, I tried just printing a label that was filled top to bottom and left to right with text. The label printed perfectly. So, Im guessing theres an issue with Windows Test Page software. My other label printer required the roll of labels to be inside the printer. My roll is too big to fit inside, so I was having to cut the amount of labels I wanted to print. This printer has external label holder. I wasnt actually expecting to get an external label holder. The external label holder is awesome and certainly keeps the roll of labels organized. The software thats available from the MFGs website (ShipPrinter) is a bit weak. You can add a barcode to a label, but you cant actually modify the contents of the barcode. Fortunately, I dont need to use the application. The Android app is just as lame. Again, you can enter a barcode, but you have to type the contents. Theres no way to import the contents of a spreadsheet into a label. That makes the application almost useless.

> 24 hourI find that the print quality is not the best. The labels often have to be printed twice for the barcode/info on the label to print visible.

> 24 hourI was able to set up the printer fairly quickly and it printed just fine right from the beginning on a 4x6 label. I made a label in ppt and saved it as a 4x6 PDF, then printed it via blue tooth. The instructions that come with the printer could be clearer, but I got it regardless. It looks like there are plenty of you-tube videos to help if there are any questions. Eventually I will be printing some round labels. Havent tried it yet, but you-tube says you can do it...so Ill give it a shot.

> 24 hourI was not expecting this printer to output the labels as fast as it does. When it printed my first test print, it was like it was flying out. I dont have that many labels to print at one time, but Im happy to know that this printer isnt slow. There were instructions on how to put the label holder together, but its relatively straight forward. Granted, there is an extra piece that I initially curious on how it is to be used, but figured out its for when you have a spool of labels and you can use it as the spindle. Otherwise, you just set it aside. I have another label printer that only supports tiny labels, and the unfortunate thing about that printer is that you must place the label partially out when you close the lid. And this makes you lose one label nearly every time you print something. I tried to do the same with this printer, and it spit out a complete blank label. Then I learned DO NOT do that. Make sure the lid is closed. Turn the printer on, and then feed the sheets in from the back. The printer will do the rest. It will pull the label in. It will partially stick out, but then the printer will pull it back so you dont waste a label. I have started labeling my storage bins in the garage. I dont get into them as often as I used to, so I have a tendency look in the wrong bins when I need something. The labels that came with this printer feels like they will stick well to the outside of the storage bins I use, so Im hopeful they will work and last over time. The printer is pretty hefty for its size. It has a look and feel of being well built. Its also a nice compact size, and when not in use, you can store most of the printer inside the label holder for nice compact storage.

> 24 hourBefore I saw this I didnt know they were a thing. But once I saw it I thought I should have gotten one of these a long time ago. For years Ive been running out of ink on my bedrooms printer even though there was plenty of black left. Some printers just refuse to print even a simple black and white label when one of the colored inks are out. So I was always having to send my labels to another printer. Well thats a thing of the past now. I can send all my Ebay and return labels straight from my phone to this cool little label printer. The labels all come out perfect and ready to slap on. So much easier. Update 5/11/23: Well that didnt last long. I now have 2 issues with the printer. The main one is that after about 6 labels the labels are now faded and unusable. I tried the cleaning recommend but that didnt help. Im hoping its just the paper so I ordered new labels. The other issue is I can no longer print from my phone. I have the jadens printer app as the instructions say to use. But when I click add printer via BT it never finds the printer. I know its the app because in my phones BT settings I see the printer. Anyway I really hope the new labels fix the faded printing. Ill update this again after I try them.

> 24 hourHighly recommend this if you print a lot of labels! I used to print out the labels on a regular printer and then cut them out and tape them, this is so much easier! Ive been using it for a few days and its been great so far. It takes a little time to set up but once you are done its fairly easy to use. In order to print the labels, you do have to save them to your phone and then print. It takes an extra step but for me its totally worth it. When I turn the printer on it doesnt take long to connect either. Highly recommend! Worth the money.
