It still works well after a year and I did a reset and firmware upgrade. None of these are too easy to setup, but it went well with the Jinvoo app on my network. I have trouble with another brand, the Micmi. Wide range of schedule options. Worked also on 220V.

Unfortunately, despite following the instructions, watching YouTube videos and talking to Amazon support, I was never able to get these online. It appears they may require a special gateway, which if true, should have been disclosed on the product page. Im very happy with other, older Jinvoo products, but these were a bust.

These plugs are amazing! Easy to install and work like a charm. I highly recommend.

I have several. They all work. I use them with Google Home and Alexa. Plug and play and they work just fine.

The Jinvoo SmartHome plugs are the ones I buy again whenever I need more. Jinvoo are as easy as any other Brand to set up with the phone Jinvoo app. Just know that you have to set them up in the Jinvoo app before you can get Alexa to talk with them. This can be a bumpy road. Occasionally I have to reset the plug a second time and rerun the setup before I get the Jinvoo app to see the plug. But after this, its smooth sailing with setup within the Alexa app. The Alexa app has never failed to recognize a new Jinvoo device (unlike some other brands available on Amazon). And unlike other brands, the Jinvoo smartplugs do NOT fail after 5 months. Jinvoo keeps going after years and years. This is not an ad for Jinvoo by a company shill. This is a customer comment from someone who has had many failures with competing brands, and complete satisfaction from Jinvoo.

This is my second time purchase of the same product and I have of 8 of these socket plugs. All are functioning well. They are easy to install and works flawlessly. I like the various options available on their app. None of the sockets heat up. I had this fear so I did check them regularly. They impressed me. Would definitely come back to buy more

This isnt the 1st time using the Jinvoo Smart Plug. Actually its my 6th and 7th Plugs. The set up is a breeze as is the integration with my Amazon Alexa and needing some timing for my X-mas lights couldnt be easier.

Been using these since last year. Now relocated to new address, new router, new Jinvoo app, but could not connect to network! It seems so difficult at times to setup these wi-fi outlets. The problem seems that the router channel settings needs to remain on AUTO, I had set it to CHANNEL 9, which appears to have keep the outlets from connecting to the network! Once I reset my router settings, the wi-fi outlets work just fine! This is definitely a BUY ITEM!

This is my 3rd set of these. I have them controlling my lights throughout the house. You can set routines through the dedicated app, through Alexa, or just say, Alexa, let there be light! and whoala! Lights! I like them enough to stay with the same brand. What else is there to say? Let there be Light!
