These would have got 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact that the device has a blue LED on at all times which (at least as far as Ive found) cannot be turned off. Its a shame because aside from, unlike some other brands, its an unobtrusive device. Aside from that, they are simple to set up with the Jinvoo app & work exactly as described.

Unfortunately, despite following the instructions, watching YouTube videos and talking to Amazon support, I was never able to get these online. It appears they may require a special gateway, which if true, should have been disclosed on the product page. Im very happy with other, older Jinvoo products, but these were a bust.

I bought these two units for my home office. We have at least 4 others in our house. I love them! Very simple to install. You just have to remember to use 2.4GHz wireless network to connect it. Once connected and added to Alexa, its totally reliable. Ive not had any problems with any of my units dropping off the network or not functioning. I LOVE them!!

Ive purchased numerous wifi plugs by Jinvoo & I love them! The 1st Jinvoo set I ordered was the start of my wifi plug addiction but those are no longer available so I went with this set & Im equally satisfied. I choose to stick with Jinvoo since its been a positive experience (connects easily, doesnt block other outlets, works in surge protector strips) & I rather not have multiple apps on my phone to control these outlets. Currently I have 2 nightstand lamps, tall standing lamp & television plugged into them In my bedroom , connected to Echo Dot 2nd generation . Am using them to control the lights in my kids rooms, connected to Echo Dot kids edition, & the light In my sewing room thats connected to the Kids Dot thats in my daughters room thats right by my sewing room. I will be purchasing more outlets to control my living TV, air purifier & sound bar. I have a chronic pain disorder & I have to say, its an awesome feeling when I painfully crawl into bed then realize i forgot to turn off my lamp....Alexa, turn off Lamp 1. Ahhhhh.... just that simple!

Lot of potentials and possibilities. I have one on an inexpensive coffee maker to turn it into a fully programmable brewing machine which is programmed to start brewing earlier on work days, and shut off at a certain time of the day for safety. One on a cooler to bring the temperature down by the time we get home, and so on, any device with a mechanical switch which can be left on, and let the Wi-Fi outlet control it. The beauty about it is that you can be in Houston and control a device in Seattle using your cellphone. If you have too many devices cluttering your home network, you may have to install a Wi-Fi mesh to handle them all. Great product.

Getting to the Christmas tree plug has always been a hassle, at least once the presents were surrounding the tree. With this little guy, I can not only create a timer for the tree but can turn off the lights with my phone so that we can enjoy a movie in the same room. Setup was easy and integration with my app is flawless. I dont do any alexa integrations yet, so cant comment on 3rd Party automations.

I have at least 4-5 plugs in my home and all were easy to set up and connect with Amazon. Highly recommend for the price and the ease of use!

These plugs are much more versatile than one would believe from the ad. Not only can I control whatever I plug in to the device from my phone or Alexa, but I can program devices to go on or off at different times of he day, plus I can set up one touch buttons within the app to control multiple devices. I would have given 5 stars, but the setup instructions are not that easy to follow. Those extra features mentioned, I sort of played around in the app to discover them.

Overall a good product and working perfectly. Can be remote controlled by Google Assistance. The installation note and use a bit more details, however, I am using their old app(Jinvoo Smart)instead of the new one(Smart Lite) stated on the installation note.

I keep buying these to keep automating the house. Added several this Christmas. Site makes life easier to say ‘Alexa, lights on’ and the whole house lights up. We have a whole house and then segments by room or decoration/mood. Once you understand how to install through their app and then tie to amazon app they work great.
