Quick setup. Could be smaller.

Been using these since last year. Now relocated to new address, new router, new Jinvoo app, but could not connect to network! It seems so difficult at times to setup these wi-fi outlets. The problem seems that the router channel settings needs to remain on AUTO, I had set it to CHANNEL 9, which appears to have keep the outlets from connecting to the network! Once I reset my router settings, the wi-fi outlets work just fine! This is definitely a BUY ITEM!

Ive purchased 30+ of these... and they eventually go out and have to be replaced. Not sure why. They just quit working.

This isnt the 1st time using the Jinvoo Smart Plug. Actually its my 6th and 7th Plugs. The set up is a breeze as is the integration with my Amazon Alexa and needing some timing for my X-mas lights couldnt be easier.

Unfortunately 2 of the 4 plugs did not work upon initial delivery but I was able to get them replaced thus 4 not 5 stars. Once all 4 worked they were easy to set up and work smoothly with Google Assistant as long as you remember what name you give each plug.

One of the plugs doesnt seem to work anymore. Wifi says its online but when I press the on/off button it doesnt do anything to the appliance. Its POSSIBLE that its not powerful enough for an air conditioner, but I cant find how many amps this can handle so I am not sure. The one that I use for my lamp is still working fine.

I have previously used these smart outlets and didn’t hesitate to order more. I started putting these on all my devices that were prone to freezing and would require me to power cycle. I love how everything is at the push of a button now and couldn’t be easier to use.

Jinvoo has a great product and I have used the wifi plugs for years. The newest ones are more compact and just as easy to setup and add to Alexa.

I have several smart plugs, all connected to the Jinvoo IOS app and Alexa. I buy these several months apart and thus need to try and use the written instructions that are in the package. Unfortunately they are not written in any form of the American English language that’s usable so it’s pretty much a trial and error setup. I would highly recommend Jinvoo invest in someone to write the instructions using appropriate grammar. If that were to happen I would increase my rating by at least one star. Once the plugs are programmed they work great.
