A little difficult to setup in app but once setup they are great!

This was an addition to an existing account so I didnt have to download the app. I followed the instruction and was up and running in ~3 minutes.

These Jinvoo Smart plugs are easy to install and work great!

Updated software allows to work with Alexa. It does the job. Not blown away by fancy any extra features. Turns my light off and on. That’s all I needed

12-10-2020: This marks my third purchase for these plugs. Theyre extremely reliable and I like that the plug is offset so you dont cover the adjacent outlet in a quad. If you use appliance timers for any reason get rid of them and replace them with these. Very easy set up with Alexa skill and then either voice control or use app to program set times. You can set schedule down to 1 second with 1/2 second accuracy.(thats not possible with a mechanical timer). They make perfect Christmas light timers.

These would have got 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact that the device has a blue LED on at all times which (at least as far as Ive found) cannot be turned off. Its a shame because aside from, unlike some other brands, its an unobtrusive device. Aside from that, they are simple to set up with the Jinvoo app & work exactly as described.

Unfortunately 2 of the 4 plugs did not work upon initial delivery but I was able to get them replaced thus 4 not 5 stars. Once all 4 worked they were easy to set up and work smoothly with Google Assistant as long as you remember what name you give each plug.

Wrote review earlier, hard to set up - I’ve done 6 in the past. Had to use AP mode to connect. Worked fine. Integration to Alexa fine too.

Unfortunately, despite following the instructions, watching YouTube videos and talking to Amazon support, I was never able to get these online. It appears they may require a special gateway, which if true, should have been disclosed on the product page. Im very happy with other, older Jinvoo products, but these were a bust.

I already have a few Jinvoo smart plugs & they are the best! I was a little confused when I got this package & saw it said USEELINK on the plugs (instead of Jinvoo like the other ones I already have & like in the pictures listed for this product..) but it said Jinvoo on the box. I already have the Jinvoo app set up & connected to my Alexa so I wasnt going to download any new ones. I figured Id try these first to see if I could use Jinvoo app & I can! I just got the package today & all 4 plugs are set up! Its SO easy to setup, which is why I refuse to try any others. These plugs are also great the way theyre set up sideways so you still have access to the other plug in the outlet. I would definitely recommend these, as I have a bunch in my house now & I have no complaints whatsoever about them :)
