I’ve been using these smart outlets for a couple years now. Initially I used them with Google, and now with Alexa. They are super easy to set up and work - every time. I’ve read other reviews for smart outlets where they just stop working and need to re-paired. I’ve never had to do that. With these additions the whole house lights up when I say “Alexa, turn on Christmas”. The tree, wreaths, lighted garland, outdoor lights all come on when you create groups. Very cool. Would recommend 100%

I have these jinvoo smart plugs all over the house. My first purchase was for holiday lights & decorations, they worked exactly as described so I started buying them for other purposes, grow lights for plants, and turning on & off different lights in the house while Im away. I had some issues with my schedules not working as expected but I contacted customer support & they suggested that I delete all of my schedules and re-create them, bingo! not another issue since. these things are great and simple to use. I do recommend when you first set it up to plug it into power right next to your wifi router/access point, that makes first-time initialization and firmware upgrade (if it needs it) go much faster.

The Jinvoo SmartHome plugs are the ones I buy again whenever I need more. Jinvoo are as easy as any other Brand to set up with the phone Jinvoo app. Just know that you have to set them up in the Jinvoo app before you can get Alexa to talk with them. This can be a bumpy road. Occasionally I have to reset the plug a second time and rerun the setup before I get the Jinvoo app to see the plug. But after this, its smooth sailing with setup within the Alexa app. The Alexa app has never failed to recognize a new Jinvoo device (unlike some other brands available on Amazon). And unlike other brands, the Jinvoo smartplugs do NOT fail after 5 months. Jinvoo keeps going after years and years. This is not an ad for Jinvoo by a company shill. This is a customer comment from someone who has had many failures with competing brands, and complete satisfaction from Jinvoo.

Got this today. Super easy setup. Super easy Alexa Integration. Using it for an office keyboard light and desk light. Wish I had an application where I needed two separate switches to use the full capability but this application I did not. Excellent item. I would surely recommend.

Ive used a number of different smart plugs in our home. These seem to be the most reliable. They are also extremely easy to set up. Im replacing all the smart bulbs with these instead because the are so much more reliable.

Works well and affordable. I hear pros and cons about the Jinvoo app, so I use Tuya Smart.

We love our smart plugs. We had a little trouble at one point with the smart plug being in the wrong time zone but figured it out after giving it a whirl at trying to fix it a few months later. This works really great with Alexa and the phone app is simple to use to set up timers and schedules.

We have about 12 of these now controlling multiple devices throughout the house. Easy to setup and we control everything through Alexa. Plugs come on and off per a schedule or manually whenever we want. Even when we are not home we can control them through the App. Great product.

These plugs are much more versatile than one would believe from the ad. Not only can I control whatever I plug in to the device from my phone or Alexa, but I can program devices to go on or off at different times of he day, plus I can set up one touch buttons within the app to control multiple devices. I would have given 5 stars, but the setup instructions are not that easy to follow. Those extra features mentioned, I sort of played around in the app to discover them.

These Jinvoo plugs pair very easily with the Jinvoo app. I had a terrible experience with several of the Smart Life devices and apps not pairing. I was getting pretty fed up with not getting anything that would connect. I ordered these and my frustration level has gone way down since buying these. Jinvoo is the only way to go if the Smart Life plugs and apps wont work with your ISP.
