I have these jinvoo smart plugs all over the house. My first purchase was for holiday lights & decorations, they worked exactly as described so I started buying them for other purposes, grow lights for plants, and turning on & off different lights in the house while Im away. I had some issues with my schedules not working as expected but I contacted customer support & they suggested that I delete all of my schedules and re-create them, bingo! not another issue since. these things are great and simple to use. I do recommend when you first set it up to plug it into power right next to your wifi router/access point, that makes first-time initialization and firmware upgrade (if it needs it) go much faster.

Easy instructions let you set up in a minute, then it works like a charm. I use both the app and alexa to control my holiday lighting as well.

Unfortunately 2 of the 4 plugs did not work upon initial delivery but I was able to get them replaced thus 4 not 5 stars. Once all 4 worked they were easy to set up and work smoothly with Google Assistant as long as you remember what name you give each plug.

Ive have 8 of these but this last one wouldnt connect to the internet. I bought it to replace the last one that lost connection to the internet and I couldnt get it to reconnect either. There are lousy instructions so I dont know if its correctable. The other units are working fine and I like the ease and reliability. However sometimes they dont come on and I have to fuss with them.

I use these plugs all over my house for lamps and many other devices, Christmas tree lights, guitar amp, etc. I have several of them, ordered another pair. They work great- and respond instantaneously. You can toggle on/off just as fast as you can tap your phone with your finger. You can control your plug from across the country with your smartphone. Important: These will only work on a 2.4Ghz wifi signal. Check your router to see what frequency it transmits. I have a good Tri-band wifi router that transmits one 2.4ghz and two 5.0 ghz wifi signals. When you are setting up your plug, and you have a multi band router - temporarily switch your phones wifi to receive the 2.4ghz signal during setup.

I keep buying these to keep automating the house. Added several this Christmas. Site makes life easier to say ‘Alexa, lights on’ and the whole house lights up. We have a whole house and then segments by room or decoration/mood. Once you understand how to install through their app and then tie to amazon app they work great.

These WiFi outlets were so easy to install and setting up the timers have made all my Christmas decor going on and off like a dream. Highly recommend these. Works great with Alexa!

Ive used a number of different smart plugs in our home. These seem to be the most reliable. They are also extremely easy to set up. Im replacing all the smart bulbs with these instead because the are so much more reliable.

I bought these two units for my home office. We have at least 4 others in our house. I love them! Very simple to install. You just have to remember to use 2.4GHz wireless network to connect it. Once connected and added to Alexa, its totally reliable. Ive not had any problems with any of my units dropping off the network or not functioning. I LOVE them!!

There is no reason not to get these and go with this brand Been using their products now for 6 months and had no issues that are the products fault Works great through Alexa or their own app Tried switching lights from across the globe and they always turn on instantly Amaz(on)ing world we live in! My only reason not to give them 4 stars is that the design is good but not perfect yet
