I have been doing IT work for almost 10 years and if anyone asks for a laptop recommendation I send them a link to this laptop. It is great for general laptop use, not tested for intensive gaming or computation, but based on the processor and graphics card, it would do basic gaming and small render type work just fine.

PC died in less than 2 years and is outside of warranty. I highly recommend you do not buy Acer as, apparently, their laptops are known for dying like this (getting stuck on loading screen).

Love this laptop! I’ve had similar ones from Dell and Lenovo and this is my new favorite.

Ive had this laptop since September. Since then it shuts down about 4 -8 times PER DAY with the blue screen of death. Customer service was no help. You cant even hear them (this happened multiple times). The audacity to charge this price for something that doesnt work well. You are better off getting a Chrome Book - at least then it might not crash constantly.

My previous computer was a 2008 MacBook, so I guess I would be impressed with most new computers. However, I like how the keyboard is laid out and the action on the keys. Having a backlit keyboard is helpful in dark rooms as well. I would recommend this computer. Its easy to set up and get started right out of the box. I bought this from Amazon after doing a lot of research on other computers, and I am happy that I bought this one
