Do not buy this product! The parts and functionality goes down over time and cpu speeds go down very fast in less than a month it went down to 3 ghz instead of capping at 4 ghz. The parts are not the best but the framing and the stuff that holds it together is very very bad. Mine completely fell apart and my display was hanging by a wire. It was fine the first day, then no drops, no bangs, nothing, it completely fell apart. Terrible product.

I had the computer for 3 months (just past the return date) when the screen broke. I have never dropped the computer or stepped on it or set something on it, nothing that should cause the screen to break. Acer then tells me it probably wont be covered under warranty (even though Ive had the computer only 3 months), and that it might cost up to $300 for repair (for a $500 computer...) I made it clear that I would under no circumstances pay that amount of money, but was told I could send it in anyway for diagnosis and that they would call me before repairing anything if the repairs would cost me money. I send it in and I hear nothing back. One week later I get it back with a slip of paper that declares charges are covered under the warranty. One week after that I receive a $300 charge on my credit card...Called Acer to dispute this; and even though they admitted to promising me that they would not charge me unless they called and verified I wanted the charges/repairs (which I did not), they still wont return my money. Long story short, dont buy from Acer.

I have wanted an ACER laptop for over 16 years, but never bought one because I was always able to purchase other used laptops for a fair price. Finally I decided to purchase a new Laptop, and I believe ACER is the BEST Bang for The Buck Laptop anyone can buy. I had a choice of either the equivalent (INTEL Processor) or the (AMD RYZEN 5) and Im thrilled I picked the AMD processor over the INTEL. I absolutely love this laptop. The performance is AMAZING! That AMD processor is second to NONE when it comes to its competitor. AAA+ Yes there are faster laptops out there then this particular model, but look at what you have to pay before you make a choice. This is The BEST BANG for your BUCK in Laptops in my opinion. As it stands to this day, I will NEVER again purchase anything else than an ACER.

This laptop keeps shutting down and powering off randomly every few days. It happens at least two times per week. I cant use this comfortably for school or work because I never know when its going to power off. That is my only grip that I have. Its a great PC otherwise. I would not recommend this model laptop to anyone.

The laptop and specs are okay but for the same exact price you can get the Asus with the same processor same 8 GB of memory and a bigger hard drive and fingerprint sensor in the mouse pad.

I hadnt bought a new laptop in 11 years! I was using an ancient Dell for very minimal use (because thats all it would do) and with the quarantine in place I just needed someone other than my phone to surf the web and hold video conferences with friends. This laptop did not disappoint. The setup is quick and painless. Battery life is superb! For the price I feel like I really got a top of the line product and I couldnt be happier!

Great product, but the battery isnt all that great, especially if you dont know how to upgrade things like me. However, thats a small complaint compared to the rest. Im satisfied.

I use it for remote teaching and the sound quality and speed is great for the price!

Terrible sound quality barely could hear it on 100. Screen was blurry. Tried playing sims but it was glitchy. Not worth price.

I Love Acer laptops and this one didnt disappoint. Serves me just fine.
