Well built. Fast processor. I love it.

Getting error msgs for trying to pull up my comcast email, my FB game, etc. And, S mode restricts you by keeping you from using outside applications.

Keep in mind, we didnt go with the Base model, we did the upgrades ($549) + bought Office 365 ($99), so for under $700 Im beyond impressed! Great machine, and easy setup! Im coming from a Acer Chrombook, and had no issues trying out Windows 10 on this. Great performance so far, and running a external display for work.

Amazing performance for your money. It has a decent battery life for surfing the web and light work and at times even better than what the manufacturer specified. Noise free and the heat is kept to the low side when you are not doing any labor intensive work or gaming. It run my CAD programs with ease.

I use it for remote teaching and the sound quality and speed is great for the price!

I ended up buying two of these after returning the first for a broken spacebar. The 2nd one had a bad screen with massive screen bleeding/lighter color in the top right of the screen. It was very distracting and ruined the whole experience. I returned that one too. Ended up getting an Asus Zenbook with better specs and cheaper. Both of them suffered from awful graphics and the text in some boxes looked tiny and like it was bleeding and was hard to read. The screen warmth is also a problem as its way too yellow. Stay away from this one unless youre one of the lucky few to get a decent one.

Bought two of these for my kids to use for the school year. One is working great, but the other started malfunctioning.

When I first opened the banged up box I expected to see a nicely wrapped computer and accessories. The cords looked as if they had been put back in the bags they came in and the bags they came in were crinkled and folded like they had been handled previously. The sleeve that protects the computer was not on the computer neatly folded it looked as if it was re wrapped sloppily and everything put back in the box messy. This makes me feel the box was open already. If it had just been opened for upgrading they did not take care in re packing the box. Some of the documentation wasn’t in its protective bag And it was all messy. No bubble wrap was used when shipping it which means the computer was banging around in the bigger box it came in. 600 is too much to pay to be concerned about it being broken and open before o even had a chance to use it myself. It is very lightweight and the graphics just look choppy (especially around the edges of the fonts, almost like pixilation was showing) The picture quality was disappointing (I have had computers since 1996 so have a lot to compare with. It just looked like some of the colours were missing. I played around with don’t and picture settings to see if I could change it yet I couldn’t. My older hp laptop I wanted to replace is much better than this one. It’s so light weight and plastic feeling (even the plug) it just felt as if it was a child’s toy. I still had hope because I didn’t want to return but within 5-10 minutes the fan came on really loud. Since I work online and in zoom, this would be very distracting and disruptive. I am going to pick a computer out in person now, so I can be sure of what I am getting or may just stick with hp. I had an acre way back when that didn’t last long yet I thought they may have improved by now. Someone else might not mind all those things yet from the time I saw the computer was packed with no protection bouncing around in a bigger box I thought it could have caused internal damage and I could never feel good about it. I need this for work but I have to return as I cannot afford to not be the best I can for work and this will not do the job.

Do not buy this product! The parts and functionality goes down over time and cpu speeds go down very fast in less than a month it went down to 3 ghz instead of capping at 4 ghz. The parts are not the best but the framing and the stuff that holds it together is very very bad. Mine completely fell apart and my display was hanging by a wire. It was fine the first day, then no drops, no bangs, nothing, it completely fell apart. Terrible product.

Love this laptop! The back light comes in handy to see the keys. Easy to use and so lightweight.
