Brought September 2019, battery critical error and then laptop turned off and would not turn on. Waited over 30mins for customer service, hung up and rang again, still no resolution. Needless to say I will be returning laptop. 7 months light usage and then this is unacceptable. Laptop is under manufacturer warranty and I brought additional extended warranty.

this is an awesome laptop great for editing film. the imaging and speed are top notch. the sound card could be better, but not enough to take a way a star. i dont know what the other reviewer meant by slow wi-fi, its the same load speed as my sons 12 macbook. excellent value!

I love this laptop. I got it right on time for the whole quarantine thing to start in the state I live in. I use it for school work and obviously some Minecraft. It runs smoothly and pretty fast too! No glitches while gaming even when I’m on servers with other people! I highly recommend it. I even put a few stickers on it.

So Ive had my laptop for about a week and I wanted to make sure I had given it a thorough use before reviewing. I use my laptop for several hours every day...Im a blogger and freelance writer so for what I need it is more than perfect. 1. This is NOT a touch screen - I dont personally care, since I dont need/want one. 2. The colors are crisp and bright with ample screen space. 3. Comes with 8GB of RAM, however 4GB is welded to the board so it cant be removed. I did purchase 16GB DDR4 SODIMM (Crucial) and replaced the 4GB with the 16 (I now have 20GB of RAM). This has provided me with ample speed for the tasks that I need to perform. It comes with Win10 Home and I think 258GB of SSD.

We love this laptop! I only have 1 small issue and that’s that the speakers aren’t very loud.

Perfect laptop and great value for the money. Can’t go wrong with 16gb of RAM. I’ve used it for about a week now and love it. Very responsive and haven’t had any issues with it.

Great product but my power cord doesn’t charge it good at all. I need a replacement cord because my labtop can’t hold a charge.

Its mouse suddenly stopped working within a month. Had to get an external mouse plugged in through USB.
