It is an awesome laptop. It is fast, sleek and light weight. The battery is super, I did a personal test it last more than 9hrs. It is excellent value. I am happy I bought it and would highly recommend it. So if you are on the fence go a head and make the purchase you be happy you did too.

upon setup of the laptop a virus surfaced. Virus came with setup. Acer was no help. Think twice before making this purchase

I had this laptop for 4 days before it started experiencing problems. First, it would not wake up after going to sleep--I had to do a hard restart every time. Needless to say, it is not good to have to do a hard restart every time you leave the laptop for 30 minutes. After 2 days with customer support, during which they repeatedly instructed me to run a command-line script that is not available on the OS (!!!), I finally got mailing instructions to send it to a service center. It took them 3 weeks to return it. So, after purchasing this laptop, I did not have a laptop for a month.

The laptop heats up really fast and the fan inside it is kinda loud

Bought at very low price (Prime purchase). Only drawback is that it does not have SD card port, but bought $10 USB converter so no big deal. For my simple home needs laptop is more than adequate. Training now to use Windows 10. Windows 7 convert due to expiring support beginning 2020. Speed is great with solid state drive. Storage adequate for home needs. At $389 it was a bargain. Highly Recommended.

Speed is great, love the fingerprint opener. Only thing I don’t like is the 10-keypad. The keys aren’t spaced like a regular 10-key and I type by touch. I keep hitting enter instead of decimal and decimal instead of zero. I solved the problem with an external usb 10-key but that’s one more thing to carry around.

Overall I like this computer. However, the numeric keypad is important to me and the one on this computer is smaller than the other keys on the computer and are sometimes hard to use.

The only thing wrong with this computer is the heavy handed control from Microsoft .It constantly fights to keep you from using anything but Edge , Bing , and Norton . I had to have a computer expert help me get Google on and Norton off . Very frustrating . Otherwise love it !
