For a reconditioned product, it looks and works like new. It also connects to the internet more quickly than either my old laptop or my old Samsung tablet. I also love that it has integrated virus/malware protection in the built-in Chrome software.

I bought this one two years ago.

So far so good. Faster than I expected. Ive read a lot of complaints about the track pad but honestly, Im not seeing the issue. Clicks are perhaps a little deeper than I might like, but its no reason to complain. The track pad is otherwise very fast and accurate - more so than other newer laptops Ive had. Overall this is great. My partner is impressed enough to have decided to purchase one as well.

So far this thing is amazing.

Really like the touchscreen and the flexibility of using it as a laptop, tent style or tablet. Smaller than many laptops but bigger than most tablets. Great size. Since it uses the Chrome operating system, Windows applications dont work. Had to find substitute Chrome-based apps and then go through somewhat of a new learning curve. Still recommend this laptop.

Great Laptop. Chrome OS does have some learning curves but otherwise I love it!

Bought it for my wife. She had issues with some websites that she visited on her tablet so we went with the Chromebook. It functions well and is nice and responsive. My wife loves it. On a side note when closed it can apparently take a hit as she accidently dropped a dragon scultpure on it one day. only a tiny dent but no other damage. The dragon weighs about 4 pounds.

I only used this Chromebook for 3 days.. It was my first Chromebook and I liked it, Beautiful screen, it would start up automatically when you open the cover.. I wanted to be able to Boot an External USB 3 SSD drive to run linux and windows on it. But you couldnt do that with this Chromebook or any Chromebook that I know of, (At Least without going through a lot of work)... It also, like most Chromebooks only had a 32Gb Hard Drive.. Because of them 2 reasons I sent it back.. But it really was a good Chromebook... Had an Aluminum top...

I am very old computer geek and have owned a great many laptops since the 1980s. I bought this for my wife, and liked it so much I bought one for myself. The Acer R11 is my favorite computer of all time. Its rugged, trouble-free, and totally reliable. Never freezes up, never makes me wait more than a few seconds for updates, runs all day on a battery charge, and doesnt take long to recharge. It has a nice, bright display, excellent touchpad and keyboard, and works well in the tablet mode.

I just purchased this and I absolutely love it. Very easy to use, fast and reliable. Nothing bad to say.
