Acer Chromebook R 11 Convertible, 11.6-Inch HD Touch, Intel Celeron N3150, 4GB DDR3L, 32GB, CB5-132T-C1LK, Denim White

The computer has difficulty switching between tablet and computer. The screen continually flickers when trying to switch apps. The video is me trying to open Netflix. I just got this thing today & was really excited about it but this has been frustrating & disappointing. Maybe its a fixable bug? I havent ran into much issues at all with other Google products but this doesnt seem to be following that trend.

I have to say, I was somewhat hesitant purchasing this chromebook mainly because of some of the reviews. Due to the excellent return policy on Prime I decided to purchase this. Yes, I threw the dice! 1st, I was shocked at how easy it was to set up. Maybe 2-5 minutes to log into to my gmail account and bang! Had access to my files stored in the cloud. In preparation for becoming a chromebook user I had purchased a 256 gig memory card and moved all my laptop files to it. It worked great. I now have my files backed up to the card and the cloud.

If I would have known how great the R11 is I would have bought one long ago. Of course just used for browsing the web but is great.

Loved it for an hour than it went black and we got a chrome os missing or damage message. Hoping if we reorder it works.

I now have 2 Acer Chromebooks. Windows 10 sucks dead rats.

I bought this Chromebook on the prime day deal, but even without $60 off it would still have been worth the money.

Since my husband constantly complains about Windows, I thought Id try a Chrome book. He LOVES it! He travels a lot so its smallish size is perfect for watching movies on the plane. He uses it constantly. So, when my son needed a new laptop - I thought he would like it. We were a little worried about MS Office, which he needs for school. But Office 365 works great on the Chromebook. Lightweight, fast, and so reasonable. Works great for both of them.

A little more than one year after purchase just stopped working - does not turn on !!! Acer charges $170 to send to repair, shipping in and out. It included - would love to have either Amazon or Acer support - computer’s dead
