i cant get apps on the desktop

For a first time Chromebook user, I feel like I couldnt have made a better choice. The Acer R11 is everything I wanted it to be at an unbeatable price. Returning to school required a new computer that I would use strictly for that purpose and nothing else. It does everything I need it to, and then some with the addition of the Android apps that populate the Google Play Store. I would recommend this Chromebook to everyone who is a student, or has a family member that will be attending school and simply needs something to do school work on with some light entertainment options like Spotify and Netflix.

Product works ok, but I have requested product support at least 4 times via phone and chat but no has contacted me - this Chromebook is not charging correctly since I received the product. I have researched and did everything it said to do but has never reached complete charged. it is unfortunately that product support has not reached out to me to help correct this issue or even replaced if needed.

This was a birthday gift, and I absolutely LOVE it. Compact, fast, versatile! If you are looking for a Chromebook, this is as far as you need to look!

Good chrome book for the price. Both my kids have this one and so far, so good. One kid had theirs over a year and the other since Christmas 2019. Kids are 12 and 9 and they aren’t the best at keeping things nice. They seem durable.

The good is, this computer is awesome. Love the flexibility due to the tablet design, which because of its light weight still works, and its portability, makes it easy to travel. I had a problem getting my power cord to stay connected, and contacted the seller about this but never got a response. I had my computer sitting there, and now the refund period is gone. Oops. That is why I give a 2 star response, otherwise it is 4
