Out of 2 I bought, one stopped working after a few weeks. The other one is fine.

Truly Cheapest ones i found in Amazon and close to 5 star reviews with so many satisfied customers according reviews. So when i was looking for smart plugs, I jumped on these. I purchased all together 16 of them. It has been almost a month. Enough time to be familiar with them. All the plugs were used in different remote locations and for different devices to be turned on off remotely and used with schedules and smart groupings. Many began to fail. For example, One just did not work after a 3 weeks of working and many effort went it to it to figure out why it was not working (Amazon tech service were consulted as well). Final conclusion for this one was that it Just failed and did not work even though it was giving all the right indications that it was working ( switch lights indications, and from smart life app). Other failing issues are, failing Erratically from scheduled times I have set ( not come on of fail to turn of at scheduled off time) and just fail to connect ( dropped from wifi network) and becomes ‘off line’. I would not mined so much if all the failing devices are located near by where i just go and reset them but most of them are off sights and hours away so until I am there, I could not do anything ( not knowing if it is on ? Or off? That is not good). One issue is that it is odd is that three of the smart plugs are using same net work of wifi close to each other and always same two fails and drops from the net work and becomes ‘off line’. So this is situation, out of 16 i got, 5 of them gives me this problem of offline where i just can not control from Smart life app so they become useless till I go to reset ( but fails again in couple of day and must wait till i get there again to reset them) . About the scheduling failure, i am not so much in concern Right Now since as long as i can turn them on or off remotely, i can live with it. So I have 6 that fails of of 16 and these ones i am in process of returning for a full refund before 30 days of return period guide line from Amazon (after that i am to contact directly to manufacture since it was sold, according to amazon, there after). Smart plugs are very convenient if they work. So i am going to try different brands that works better. Once I find them, my intention is to retune all to this manufacturer. I hope I am not the only one having these problems. It can not be. 6 failed smart plugs out of 16 is like over 35% failure rate which means since it comes 4 outlet in a box, at least one should be defective ( from 30 days of trial. Who know how long these switches will last before they all fail...). Other brands i am looking at right now regardless of the prices are gosund ( amazon certified) and wyze ( I have 11 cameras and am happy with) brand. Good luck

We had smart plugs earlier and the functionality was amazing nothing to complain. This new buy was the same. Timers work perfectly. This was bought mainly for Christmas lights and they were just functioning perfectly. Did use all, just 2 did it for me and they were perfect.

Works as intended, but has one flaw. Googles assistant WILL NOT do a countdown timer through Googles safety & compliance regulations. To ask Google to shut it off at any given time as a countdown to turn off wont work. But, the apps features will do a countdown timer. Makes no sense to me why not?

I like that you can put these on a schedule. I got them for my aquarium lights

Im only using one of the plugs right now but it frequently goes offline for no apparent reason, then I have to go through the whole process of setting it up through the smart home app. My bedroom only has one plug to plug in my small fan about 6 feet from the bed, so instead of getting up and down several times a night during the night to turn the fan off and on for my hot flashes, I can just tell Alexa to turn the fan off or on. Its a grewt

Got this for my Juggernog fridge to turn it on and off ever few hours. I only wish the apps had simpler timers such as turn on for x hours and off for x hours.

Easy to install. You need to make sure you have access to your 2.4GHz wifi network. Once you do that the setup is through your phone (iphone in my case) where you find the device using their app over bluetooth and then it gets setup as a wifi device. You can then ask Alexa to search for devices. The only thing I will say is make sure you give the sockets sensible names when you set them up as this is how Alexa identifies them. Eg call the TV one “TV”, etc. They have the ability to add timers too so that works well for me as I have things set up on timers.

I bought the pack of four and have only set up one, but it was pretty quick and easy... once I looked at the instructions. My habit with these sorts of things is to just try to figure it out as I go along, and that didnt work here. This brand doesnt automatically show up in the Alexa app to connect, you have to set up the plug with their app and then connect it to Alexa. Its an extra step, but then its done, and it all works nicely. I have two complaints. First, the size of the round housing for these things is so large that you cant use two of them in a single wall outlet. Maybe I should have realized that from the photos, but I missed it... and its just poor design. Second, it only supports 2.4GHz wi-fi connections, and the 2.4GHz band is horribly noisy in my apartment building, so I use 5 when I can. Again, it probably said something to that affect in the listing, but I missed it... any device sold these days really should support both.

It works very well but I did find it a little bit hard to get it all up and running. I have to install manually. I have all the lights turning on together. I am still trying to see how I can run seperate routines and am confused as to whether this is a learning curve with Alexa or with Aoycocr Mini Bluetooth WIFI Smart Socket Switch. I stumbled into them working together but after Christmas I will need to find out how to break the lights up into separate uses. They do make life so much easier and work great taking up much less space than the old-fashioned timers.
