The product definitely works just not what I expected. I used this for my ac so I could cool down my room without having to go upstairs before bed. I didnt know that when you shut down the ac it goes back to a preset temp. So keep that in mind if youre using it for a similar reason. Although the product definitely works I dont love that you have to download an app for it. Not sure what I was expecting but Im definitely not disappointed. For some reason I thought it just would connect to my alexa app since it mentioned alexa integration. Also possible that I havent figured it out yet...

Im only using one of the plugs right now but it frequently goes offline for no apparent reason, then I have to go through the whole process of setting it up through the smart home app. My bedroom only has one plug to plug in my small fan about 6 feet from the bed, so instead of getting up and down several times a night during the night to turn the fan off and on for my hot flashes, I can just tell Alexa to turn the fan off or on. Its a grewt

I Use these on several things around the house for automation. These cost less than clock style timers and offer way more flexibility in setup. Ive had some of these for over a year and had zero issues with any of them. I will definitely buy these again

Smart sockets are known to burn out the relay contacts over time. Less expensive units are more prone to this. We will see how long these hold up.

Easy to install. You need to make sure you have access to your 2.4GHz wifi network. Once you do that the setup is through your phone (iphone in my case) where you find the device using their app over bluetooth and then it gets setup as a wifi device. You can then ask Alexa to search for devices. The only thing I will say is make sure you give the sockets sensible names when you set them up as this is how Alexa identifies them. Eg call the TV one “TV”, etc. They have the ability to add timers too so that works well for me as I have things set up on timers.

    Bought 4. 2 are dead after ~ 2 years.

2 out of the 4 pack stopped working after 5 months of use. Started clicking on/off and won’t stop until unplugged.

Slight difficulty with syncing, but otherwise works well.

Cannot link to devices despite multiple attempts. Terrible instructions and support. Follow up: my connection problem was the bit speed of the internet connection. The devices cannot connect to 5 mps, but are fine with 2.4 mos. Once we figured that out, they worked fine.

Out of four, three work perfect.
